Great Tool for Duct work research!
I've bought two of these Teslong boroscopes, one with dual lens in this review and one with autofocus lens:www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07V4VFL57I have researched many boroscopes/endoscopes available at Amazon and came to conclusion that this Teslong's top of the line boroscope is the best for its price/quality ratio and useful features.Pros:- excellent design, looks and feels pro - sturdy, nice looking and convenient to hold and operate- excellent monitor - high resolution, clear real-time images, ability to rotate image by 90, 180 degrees- long lasting batteries (worked more than 3 hrs in my application), fast charging ~2 hrs- dual lens allows faster research of objects behind the walls and in ducts (just rotate the fiber by hand when needed to look around in all directions)- last but not least - it comes in a very well built case which is important to have for safe storage- it also had a very good discount ($40 off and currently 20% off) which makes it unbeatable in quality/priceCons:- this dual lens boroscope is great for looking into pipes and duct work when you need to investigate the objects close to lens on the way forward and side-wise - everything looks in focus this way.But when you look at objects further than ~10 -20 inches, images loose focus somewhat - not much but noticeably so. It's not really a Con, for its intended use this boroscope is great. For this reason I personally prefer the new breed of Teslong boroscopes - with autofocus lens. They do not have yet dual lens with autofocus, hope they will make it in the future. If you think it's expensive at $159, take a look and compare it to Pro boroscope from Mulwaukee at $229 at Home Depot:M12 12-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless M-Spector 360-Degree Digital Inspection CameraThe only good feature that Teslong scope doesn't have is rotation of the screen itself to correct for camera orientation. For all the most important rest - screen size, screen resolution and battery life Teslong boroscope is way superior (sorry Milwaukee, I like and use many of your tools, but your scope is not among them). And again, the screen size and resolution I rate as the most important features that affect the main function of boroscopes.I am very pleased with this tool and congratulate Teslong with excellent industrial design and highly useful and capable boroscope.I have used this boroscope for detailed research of duct work in my house in ducts, behind the walls and above the ceilings and it served the purpose perfectly and paid for itself saving me lots of money for HVAC inspection.I would also recommend to buy additional cable lens ~3 ft (1 m) for this boroscope:Teslong Auto-Focus Lens Semi-Rigid Cable. My perfect combination is: 16.5ft cable with main unit plus 3ft cable as additional purchase. The additional cable is expensive but makes it very convenient to work on a short distance.Take a look at those short lens cables for Teslong at the known auction site, they have good prices there.Disclaimer: I've got an offer to receive a rebate for this review from the seller, and that did help me spent time on it. But in all honesty I'm really impressed with this tool and recommend it without any hesitation.I'm confident, you will enjoy it too!

Spectacular for automotive uses!
The media could not be loaded. This is my firsts digital borescope, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I could tell that it would be a great product for automotive purposes. Here are some things it's great for: inspecting brake pad thickness without removing tires, looking behind bank 1 valve covers for oil leakage in V6 engines (with the side camera option), inspecting the top of a cylinder's piston through spark plug holes, and inspecting many other hard to reach areas. One of my favorite things has been the addition of the magnetic tool screw on attachment. I have used it several times now to retrieve bolts that I have dropped in places that would be otherwise impossible for me to reach. In my video review is my real time video recording from the borescope's recording ability of my scope adventure down a deep dark hole of a side wall where I had dropped one of my van's windshield wiper bolts. I would have needed a trip to the junk yard if it wasn't for the borescope because there was no way I could get to it otherwise. I also have to tell you that the camera lens are very sturdy. I have scratched up against various metal parts in my vehicles and have yet to see an actual scratch on the monitor when viewing through it. Thank you Teslong for this enjoyable, useful, and affordable, quality scope!Bonus: I also attached a photo of my Teslong monitor viewing one of my van's piston head. You can see that the video quality is superb!

Highly recommended for mechanic work!!
I love this borescope!!I’m a mechanic and I have never had such a tool, I will never go without one of these things now!!I first purchased the more expensive NTS500 teslong borescope.I thought it was amazing, picture quality is awesome, image is so clear I was very impressed and image is super smooth. However, after a couple uses the camera started being weird and eventually the image was all color distorted (less than an hour of use).So I returned and got the less expensive one because I figured if it crapped out on me after my return window it would be less of a financial hit.Now with this model i don’t even think there is a difference in quality of image. It’s still great and much cheaper.**For those saying the image quality stinks, NOTICE this device is not intended to view across the room or even a foot away, the focus is supposed to be within an inch or 2 from the tip of the camera lens. It does still provide decent image from 5 ft away but looks more like a flip phone camera at several feet away. Within an inch or 2 you can literally scan my finger print.**It’s amazing for use looking inside engine cylinders and such.Side camera is just as good quality and I find it important to have the side camera also.***highly recommend this camera if you are having a hard time deciding what one to buy, go with this one!!***

Easy to use, great picture quality
I would give the endoscope 4.5 stars instead of 4.We bought this product to for 2 purposes: to look under the crawl space for the "home" the raccoons had built and were living in, and to check on the work the contractor had done when installing the front door. Checking the work the contractor did was extremely easy using the scope - we were able to get under the floor space to see exactly where he built up the step (and where he said he did, but did not).Locating the raccoon home was trickier; using the forward camera was great - we could see what was ahead. The side camera, while providing a clear picture, did not identify which direction the camera was pointing (up, down, left or right). Guiding the scope was made significantly easier by attaching to the end of a 10' PVC pipe, and raising the camera angle off the ground. All in all, this is a great product (we had purchased and returned 2 others), and will be very useful in looking for pipe damage due to tree roots.
