Better than an inhaler
I've been using this during bad smoke coming from wildfires. It does help using ot indoors to aid a better breathing patern when affected by bad air quality.

For anyone who can’t get their air this product is a great support. I keep it handy for emergencies. My nerves calm and I’m able to take that needed deep breath.
