It really stablizes the neck. it is firm and supports the back of the head. This combo pillow really has it all. I have a sea of rejected pillows in my closet. If you have neck issues this pillow will solve them.

This item had three different material content listed in the description and photos very misleading. I bought it because I thought it had organic cotton and buckwheat hulls. One of the photos describes it as cotton, another photo says it’s 100% polyester, finally the actual item description says it’s made of polyurethane. My goal was to stay away from chemicals and all products made in China. When I received this pillow, it had Chinese writing on the cover and was definitely made of a toxic foam. The only part that is organic is the tiny little 5 inch section filled with the hulls. My ultimate question is why does everything on Amazon have to come from China? Is it that hard for an American to stuff a piece of cloth with cotton?

I was very happy that it arrived quickly. The pillow is nice but I have to get used to it. It's a little hard but it's starting to get a little softer.

I’m in love with this pillow. I need a lot of neck support and the ability to 3 options to lay on is awesome. I prefer to just have the neck roll and is easily removed with the zipper. If I need more head support I just zipper the other piece and have a bigger pillow. Material is easy to clean as well. Forever a customer
