Good resistance band for warmup purpose
I use this resistance band for shoulder warmup. It is affordable and made of high quality rubber band. I have no allergy to it and it has no odor. The black one looks great. It is light-weight and easy to put into my bag. It increases workout effectiveness by reducing injuries.

Quality Product as expected!
This is thick. It's not a flimsy band. The band resistance is a little stronger than I'd expected. It's durable and I'm sure will last as long as I need it. Great value for the price.

Great for pull up
I use this band for pull up, it’s light weight so I don’t depend on it too much

Not the best types of exercise bands, but quality seemed good.
I returned mine. I do not like these types of bands. They are not stretchy enough. I do feel like they were durable, but the resistance was way too much for exercise bands. Not too thick. Not to over priced. Were a bit smaller than I would have liked. Using them and keeping your grip properly did not seem realistic. They were about what you would expect. I just decided to go with another option after seeing them.

Strong resistance
It has a very good thickness and resistance. It is a little too big but still very good. I have had it for multiple years and it is just now starting to crack.
