Used this in conjunction with collagen II at night for about a week for a mystery back injury. You know what I’m saying if you have any age on you. You get out of bed, turn around to made the bed, lean over and can’t get back up as easy as you got down! No reason at all and you’re stove up for days. This and the collagen II took care of it. I read about it in Built from Broken a kindle book when that happened to me. Excellent book on body mechanics, injuries etc collagen II is not meant to be taken indefinitely but Boswellia is not problem. My knees stopped creaking too. Just sayin’

This seller is very responsive to any feedback. This is the second purchase of this product. In my opinion it is a great product. I did research before I ordered it and it did what I had hoped for. No smell, easy to swallow.

So far, so good! I have only been using this supplement for about a week, so I’m not sure about its efficacy; however, I do believe I am feeling some pain relief for my hip bone on bone plus knee bone on bone pain plus tendon and muscle pain in my right thigh. I’ll continue to use and I hope all the good reviews pan out as I really want to reduce my pain level which is sometimes excruciating!

My radiation oncologist put me on this for radiation necrosis in my brain. I won't know if it is working or not until I go back in August, however, I take 4 capsules (4,800 mg) per day and was surprised when I had an odd number left over when I did a reorder. I got them today and counted the 120 capsule bottle and there are 119 in the bottle, not 120. That explains why I had an odd one left in my first bottle. Besides that, my body tolerates the daily high dose of this supplement.

Been taking for more than 6 months, Does NOTHING, its supose to ease swelling, but it does not, what a waste of money. Bad product
