I love history that gives us a clear picture behind Scripture that we do not understand because our customs are so different today.

This book has very good background to give clarity to Scripture. The only problem is that the author puts in his private allegory, which is a big no no when studying Scripture. But, don't let that stop you. This is a book well worth having
