It fits really well, maybe a bit smaller that I thought it would, but the extra hooks helped it fit perfectly. It’s comfortable and breathes enough thanks to the soft inner liner.

Really helps with my bloating. My measurements are 5’ 6” and weight is 166. I got a medium. The extender is perfect because you will get a lot more use out of it. I have a long torso so I got the 11 inch one. I got the 9 steel bones because I still want mobility throughout the day being a mom. I highly recommend!

Im using this more for back support and posture but for those using this for their waist trainers DO NOT permanently alter your waist, the effects are extremely short term unless actively wearing it. This product does not make you thinner, but it helps with lowering appetite by compressing your lower ribs where your stomach is located. This is not a good product if you weigh too much as this works best if it can sit against your bone structure, like your hip bone and rib cage, and will most likely not be easily hidden under clothes as it will be unable to sit firmly against anything and may also cause chaffing.I had an old back brace I'd borrowed to help with back pain, I then went to buy one for myself and ended up getting a waist trainer since I could easily hide it under clothes as most back braces are rather bulky and uneven and don't feel good on my skin. I wore it for years but kept having pain at the top and bottom of the trainer.I was immediately surprised to see that this trainer was shaped better, fit better, felt better, and is so much more comfortable and easier to move in. When sitting it doesn't roll or press uncomfortably into my bust and when I walk, I don't feel the top of my bottom hitting it every step! My back feels great, my posture is great, and my waist looks nicer (although the effects are rather temporary). I do wish it came up higher along the sides and back but not the front. My only issue with this is that the hooks have already started pulling out after only a couple uses - I dont have it on super tight. When they are pulled out I accidentally hook them onto 2 loops at once which makes it worse.

I had originally bought a large 9” and it was so comfortable to sleep in, but unfortunately, I was cinched on the tightest setting. I’m using several different styles of waist bands currently and they all vary so much on sizing. Because of the included extended (thank Dog!) I decided to order the xx-small to replace it with. At first, there was no way in heaven I was going to fit into that thing, but fortunately it’s latex (I wear a tight cami underneath), I just stepped on it and stretched it for awhile then immediately got it on. I can’t imagine I’ll ever get past the first row of hooks on the extender, but it’s still a good waist trainer for home and I was able to sleep in it after fighting it’s position a little.I have a long torso and I can’t imagine using the 10” or 11” one. When ordering, pay close attention to what length you are choosing.I’m 5’6” ~160 lbs and have always had a small waist

I have had about three or four waist trainers over the years and this one is by far the best! I made the mistake of not measuring my torso and unfortunately it is a smidge too long but I only wear it on gym days where I am doing cardio and legs. That way I am not sitting down or bending my body downwards a lot. I had already seen a significant difference in my waist line even when I am not wearing the trainer. I started out with 3 hours a day on the loosest clasp on the extender and have been working my way down slowly. It makes me feel so confident! Beware if you wear a tight fitting shirt as it will make you have fat armpits and a back line where it ends.

Purchased to help trim my waist and to see if I would want a corset aesthetic wardrobe.Purchased due to ads and videos online. Did not work for me, also didn't like the silhouette it personally gave me. Not the same silhouette as pictured. May work for you, just didn't work as expected for me.Well made, good boning, the latex breathable whole did rip after heavy use. Is hard to clean so if you plan on wearing daily, purchase another to wear while the other dries. With hand washing the garment took 1-2 days to dry depends on humidity level and weather.Would not suggest for outside of clothing corset unless you like the look of the claps.

I liked this as it’s quite comfortable without being so tight and constricting. It does a nice job of smoothing and holding things in place.

Ok, so i started with a large and trained with that for about a year. Definitely helps with back pain from sitting down to long. I'm a on again and off again workout kid 😅, but i feel like my back is straighter and more core is a bit flatter. Just recently noticed that the large wasn't as tight anymore, so i just sized down to a medium. I have to use the extender, but i feel better with the smaller size. This is a great 1st corset for me. Advice--don't start with the smallest size, work your way down the chart*Your gonna feel good and look great 👍

This is the best waist trainer! I bought the 25 steel bones one in size medium. My waist measured 35 inches and the medium fits so well with the extender. My abdomen is cinched, smooth and my back is fully supported. My tops don't slide up as the latex on the outer side prevents it. I love it! Would buy again.

Quedé fascinada con la calidad de la cinturilla, los broches son resistentes, ya que existen otras cinturillas donde los broches se empiezan a descoser y el material suele romperse en calidad es bastante buena, yo pedí una talla XS y me quedo súper bien ya que normalmente son talla M ( TAL VES POR LA TALLA QUE YO PEDÍ SENTÍ QUE NO ESTIRA MUCHO, PERO TAMPOCO BATALLÉ PARA PONERLA ) , no lástima y es muy cómoda…

I usually don’t write reviews but this is honestly the best quality waist trainer I have seen. And I have almost spent $300 on waist gang corsets because of the Kardashians and been disappointed.It is very comfortable to wear for longer hours. I done feel the boning poking into my skin, the material is very flexible so when you are sitting it bending, it allows for the easy movement. I am extremely happy with this product.The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you size yourself down . I first ordered the 5x given my waist size which according to the chart was actually 6x . But I ended up returning that as it was too big. I ordered 3x then and it fits , but I should have gone for 2x to really use the extender and use the corset for a longer period.I would give this product 10 stars if I could

Según la tabla de medidas tenía que comprar el 5xl, lo cual me pareció enorme porque uso talla de blusa L o hasta M a veces. Decidí pedir el XL y me queda bien en la primera fila de broches (sin el extensor). El extensor no lo usaré porque no cumpliría el objetivo de quedarme ajustado, pero usaré el corset utilizando todas las hileras de broches que incluye. Si quieren aprovechar al máximo su corset pidan varias tallas menos 😉
