SOL REPUBLIC Soundtrack Pro ANC Headphones

Been a fan of Sol Republic.They are comfortable and sound great. Quality to price could have been better. The track X3s are more qualified for the $200 price but I guess that's where the ANC comes in.My V10 headphone do sound better in sound quality, only because I've used then for a years now. The Pros are not behind on sound but could have been a pinch better. Other than that the Pros check in.

The overall sound definitely does not disappoint! Very crisp and clear while still having that sol republic punch 👌 They are a little tight on the head but that’s not the biggest deal because I’m sure it’ll loosen up overtime. The only real gripe is the ANC. It really doesn’t block out too much sound and there are definitely way better on the market, but depending on the kind of music you’re listening to it makes the music more full sounding vocal wise but you do lose a little bit of bass. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars for me. Considering they are discounted. Build quality sound and battery life are excellent. Definitely not sure if I would pay the original $199 though. But a great pair of headphones for sure.

The comfort and sound quality is better than my wired headphones worth every penny.

I got these based on the fact i used to have the V8 and V10 tracks. But these are decent. The anc is good. But unfortunately the bass is eh. And it distorted after about 75 percent volume. Which is good if you don't listen to music loud. The normal mode is a bit too bright for me but it's nice and clear. The transparency mode is good. I would prefer these to be able to hand a bit more base but they are loud enough at 50-70 percent volume. In my opinion the price of 50 bucks isn't bad but don't think these will be able to compare to Sony or Bose.

Fits great, sounds great, great price, just wish they came with a carrying case, other then that, more then happy with the sound.

Eines vorweg, meine bisherige Erfahrung stütze ich auf "hochwertige" In-Ear Kopfhörer. Over-Ears war ich bisher skeptisch gegenüber.Die Lieferung erfolgt in einem recht matten, einfach gehaltenem unauffälligem Karton. Dieser wirkt durchaus hochwertig. Enthalten ist ein Quick-Start-Guide ( in Englisch) , USB Kabel zum Laden (ohne Ladetrafo/adapter).Die Kopfhörer sollen vor der ersten Nutzung vollständig geladen werden. Der Hersteller gibt dafür 3,5 Stunden an. Der Ladestand wird mit LEDs an der rechten Hörmuschel angezeigt. Die weiteren Bedienungselemente finden sich auch auf dieser Seite. Die Seitenlänge der Bügel lässt sich einfach und selbsterklärend einstellen. Ich habe mit der Sonnenbrille mal getestet wie sich der Anpressdruck der Bügel gestaltet und war angenehm überrascht. Die Bügel hielten gut am Kopf ohne mit der getragenen Brille störend zu drücken. Testzeitraum waren aber nur ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg, dies ist sicher nicht mit einem Dauerbrillenträger zu vergleichen. Aber auch ohne Brille ist es sehr angenehm, dass die Auflagen der Hörmuscheln sehr weich und nachgiebig sind. Die Abschirmung der Außengeräusche ist meines Erachtens sehr gut. Der über den Kopf verlaufende Bügelteil ist innenseitig mit einer weicheren Oberfläche versehen, was das Tragegefühl ebenfalls positiv beeinflusst.Bisher konnte ich in keiner Tragesituation unbequeme Erfahrungen feststellen. Sowohl auf dem Sofa, als auch beim Laufen oder in der Bahn empfand ich den Tragekomfort als durchweg angenehm.Die gesamte Optik und Haptik des Kopfhörers entspricht zum Glück dem Preis. Er ist tadellos verarbeitet, überall sauber entgratet und die Spaltmaße und Übergänge sind so wie ich es erhofft habe. Das Design ist schlicht und zeitlos, deswegen für mich ein Pluspunkt. Ich brauche keine Pseudostylishen Kopfhörer die um Aufmerksamkeit heischen.Das faltbare Design ist ganz nett, aber ich würde vermutlich zum Zweck der Haltbarkeit davon absehen die Kopfhörer permanent zusammenzufalten. Der durch das Falten gewonnene Platz ist auch nicht sonderlich groß.Zur Verbindung mit dem jeweiligen Endgerät gibt es nicht viel anzumerken. Sowohl mit dem Smartphone, als auch mit dem Tablet (beides Android-Devices) war eine Verbindung problemlos möglich und schnell eingerichtet.Schon beim ersten Probehören viel mit sehr krass der Qualitätsunterschied zu meinen "teuren" In-Ears auf. Natürlich baulich und vom Resonanzkörper kein Vergleich, aber das mit dem Sol Republic so ein Genuss aufkommt hätte ich jetzt auch nicht erwartet. Wenn keine Musik läuft gibt es kein störendes Rauschen oder Fiepen auf dem Kopfhörer, Wenn die Musik läuft, dann höre ist klar akzentuierte Höhen welche sich von der normalen Mitte detailliert abheben. Die Bässe sind für mein Empfinden schön druckvoll, kommen angenehm aus dem Hintergund und können bei entsprechender Liedauswahl auch kräftig aufs Trommelfell massieren. Ich hatte persönlich zu keiner Zeit das Gefühl, dass ich mir mehr Bass wünsche. Das Klangerlebnis empfand ich als sehr ausgewogen und passend.Die Kopfhörer werden auch mit Active Noise Cancelling beworben. Sie sollen ergo die von außen kommenden Geräusche "analysieren" und mit entsprechenden Gegentönen für eine Aufhebung sorgen, so dass man völlige Stille genießen kann. So zumindest die hohe Theorie ;-) Das ANC soll auch arbeiten während die Musik oder der Podcast abgespielt werden und so ein möglichst störungsfreies Erlebnis ermöglichen. Ich habe persönlich keinen Vergleich, da dies meine erste Erfahrung mit ANC ist. Daher bin ich grundsätzlich positiv eingestellt, diese Funktion nutzen zu können. Für mein Empfinden ist eine Reduktion klar merkbar, aber je nach Geräuschen stößt das System auch an seine Grenzen. Zudem scheint sich der allgemeine Klang minimal unklarer zu Verhalten wenn das System gefordert ist. Das ist aber mein subjektiver Eindruck. Als störend habe ich es nicht empfunden. Recht interessant ist die Möglichkeit sich über das Außenmikro des Kopfhörers alle Umgebungsgeräusche in die Hörmuscheln spielen zu lassen.Bei Kopplung mit dem Handy lassen sich natürlich auch alle Telefonate über den Kopfhörer führen. Bisher gaben die Gesprächspartner an, mit dem übertragenen Sprachbild absolut zufrieden zu sein.Der Kopfhörer soll angeblich über 30 Stunden Akkulaufzeit haben. Da er fast komplett geladen ankam wurde er schonmal kurz angetestet und erst im Anschluss komplett aufgeladen. Ich habe ihn immer wieder zwischendurch genutzt habe aber keine Uhr zur Feststellung der Nutzungsdauer mitlaufen lassen. Am 4 Tag habe ich ihn dann mal ans Ladegerät gehängt. Komplett leer war er zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht. Ich denke im Dauerbetrieb kann man sicher locker einen kompletten Tag erreichen. Für mich ist die Akkuperformance auf jeden Fall problemlos ausreichend.Als negativ empfand ich, dass bei diesem Preis kein Ladestecker dabei ist. Denn ein auf die verbauten Akkus abgestimmtes Netzteil würde sich dauerhaft sicherlich positiv auf die Akkus auswirken.Abschließend bleibt mein Fazit: WOW! Meine In-Ears sind logischerweise nicht Akkugebunden und ja sie wiegen natürlich auch nur einen Bruchteil. Aber wie ich feststellen muss...sie können auch klangtechnisch nur einen Bruchteil. Meinerseits erhält der Soundtrack Pro eine klare Empfehlung. Verarbeitung war meines Erachtens hochwertig und fehlerfrei. Der Tragekomfort auch über längere Strecken sehr angenehm. Die Akkulaufzeit ohne das ich mir mehr gewünscht hätte. Einziges Manko der fehlende Ladestecker. Dies rechtfertigt für mich aber keinen Abzug eines volles Sterns, daher bleibe ich bei 5 Sternen. Sollten sich in nächster Zeit noch neue Erkenntnisse ergeben, aktualisiere ich natürlich meine Bewertung.

A lot of people wear wireless headsets like this these days. I see them on the tube. I see them at work, wearing them at their computer, a good way of marking them out as undisturbable. Then when they're not listening to anything, like in a meeting, they'll hang these round their neck.These ones have great sound, look sleek and fold away too. The foldability option is great for storing these away when not in use, e.g. in a handbag, as these headsets do take up a bit of room normally, especially compared to ear buds. And the folding hinges look strong so I don't see these breaking in a hurry.Looks-wise these are plain black so are indiscreet and are not going to draw attention to you, which is what I like. The inner ears are lime green but no one will see that when you are wearing these. The outer parts of the ear cups have SOL written on them in shiny black in the company logo (but also good for my son Solomon, or Sol for short).The outer right earcup has controls on it making these easy to use. You have the obligatory volume up and down, play, move forward track, move back track etc. You can also use these for taking calls so you can use the buttons to answer calls as the headphones have a mic in-built to them (although I haven't tested the mic as I have been using these for listening to music). Also talking of the mic I couldn't see that it had a mute button so if that is of importance to you, you might want to look elsewhere.The headset is comfortable to wear with padding on the ear cups and the headband on top of your head. The headband is also adjustable (because people have different sized heads). The padding around the ears really goes tight, but comfortably tight, around your ears. This is great for noise cancellation. However your ears will likely get hot if using for long periods (which is not a problem with ear buds, although ear buds don't cancel out the noise). Hot ears may be a worse problem in the summer.The sound quality is really good as you'd expect given the price. They feel sturdy with a bit of flex in them allowing you to fold them. The quality feels great. It comes with a 2-year warranty too (in Europe at least) giving you extra peace of mind.The charge lasts 32-hours which is plenty. But if you do run out of charge there is a wire here that can fit them to a 3.5mm, the wire also having controls on it. The charging cable also comes in the box plus a instruction book (and a SOL sticker plus a warranty booklet). They connect via Bluetooth and connected to my phone no problem.Overall, WOW! ❤️❤️❤️

Je suis une fan de casque, j’en ai 7 à la maison donc le sound track pro qui est ma dernière acquisition.je le dis de suite pour moi c’est le meilleur et de loin.Le son est juste parfait, j’aime les basses et c’est juste ce qu’il faut bien comme on aime.Il se connect en Bluetooth en 2 sec, facile en utilisation, la réduction de bruit est juste folle, on entends d’autre que la musique.Et alors ce qui m’a choqué et me choque encore c’est sa batterie, je le charge avec le cordon usb fournit et je peux le l’utiliser je ne sais combien de temps, en l’utilisant vraiment régulièrement (surtout avec le confinement Netflix +++) je le charge une fois par semaine. C’est du jamais vu ! En plus je le trouve confortable de ouf.Il s’arrête tout seul quand on ne l’utilise plus depuis quelques minutes (environs 5/10min)Je me balade parfois à 4/5 mètre et il ne se déconnecte pas de mon téléphone ou mon pc (iphone et Mac)Pour moi c’est le meilleur de tous, de tous les casques que j’ai si je devais n’en garder qu’un c’est bien lui.Et pour moi il va avoir une très longue durée de vie il est d’une qualités folle.Une fois il était déchargé, je l’ai chargé 15 min, il a réussit à me tenir 2h et étais encore chargé quand je l’ai arrêté.
