LBX TACTICAL Med Kit Blow-Out Pouch

This blow out kit replaced my issued IFAK. Holds 2 chest seals, 2 packs of combat gauze, needle D, an NPA, and a pressure dressing. All you really need. Slim. It can mount to flak, utility belt or your pants belt via molle or built in belt loops. Only issue is retention cable gets caught occasionally.

Small & compact, good for main trauma items (Israeli bandage, tourniquet, scissors). Won’t fit a full IFAK load, but fits necessary items. I like it, made in Peru- not China, I’ll take it.

Best blowout pouch I’ve owned so far. Bought two of them and they hold your standard Ifak contents well. Easy to access. The mounting system is great.

Great little belt or molle mounted medical pouch. Well constructed given the price by a good company. I love the design and will be buying a few more

Not worth it. Did not get same as in pic. Completely different. Will not hold alot without the pull cord working out. Very disappointed for the price. Trying to return

Mounts to my 1.75 inch belt great. Fits 2 chest seals, a bandage, a tourniquet, and an airway kit. I go to a private range and it’s always nice to have a trauma kit. I have the pouch oriented down at 6 o’clock so I can reach around and pull the string, and grab my stuff out quickly.

Great kit, easy for anyone to get to and it doesn’t dig into your back and holds the important items and then some.
