I love banana cake
This was delicious. I used egg replacer and a banana and it came out perfect. I’ve always loved the banana taste. I tried to make it last but a word of warning, if you add banana it needs to be kept in fridge or the banana will go off. This happened to my last slice. But it was good.

Easy to make but the incredibly strong taste of artificial sweeteners almost knocked me and my girlfriend out after one bite, haven't tried anything else in the range but im staying well clear of skinny bakery banana cake and may choose another product because I love the idea of the range,

Ruined by the amount of sweetener and chemicals
I bought this directly from the Skinny Food website. I will definitely not buy this again. Easy to make, smelt great and looks great when baked. Only downside, and the biggest, it tastes absolutely awful. I have never tasted anything so bad. One bite and I threw away the whole loaf. The amount of artificial sweetener in this is unbelievable. It tastes like it’s made of chemicals. Why it needed that much sweetener I don’t know. Tastes absolutely disgusting. Even after brushing my teeth and using mouthwash to get rid of the taste, I could still taste the chemical after taste. I cannot bring myself to try this again.
