Works INSTANTLY
Took rust from a pin that was attached to fabric with just one swipe of a paper towel with a little bit of product squirted on it. Also, immediately whitened the water and the bowl in the toilets at our weekend lake house --- we have a septic tank.

Tablets vs. Spray
The tablets didn't work in the severely rusted toilet tank I had to clean. I prefer the Iron Out powder that we have used for years on our terribly rusty water. Even though we had installed a water system, it's still rust- filled. The Iron Out Spray worked nicely on the floor grout around the toilet and I would buy it again.

Works like magic with NO scrubbing!
For those that have rentals or older plumbing fixtures with rust stains, I highly recommend this product.I'm on well water and the rust was so bad in my 19 year old toilet I was considering changing my toilet. Before I did that I ordered the powder, tablet and spray.First I cleaned the tank with the powder the best I could then dropped a tablet in the cleaned tank. I noticed a few stained areas around the rim of the toilet that the tank water couldn't reach easily, so I used the spray to hit those stubborn areas. The stains dissolved instantly. This product is a little pricy, but we'll worth the money in my opinion. Happy flushing!

Ok
The spray works great. The toilet pellets I don't recommend, they get stuck under the handle part in the back of the toilet when you flush. So leaves the toilet constantly running.
