I love the size of this lunchbag and I'm sad I have to write a bad review. I have gently used this 3-4 times a week for a few months. The insulation has been coming apart from the inner seam at month 2. At first if was just a little spot but now it's the whole inner part of the bag! When I try to zip it shut, little fibers from the insulation get caught in the zipper teeth and I have to rip the bag open.

This lunch bag is very spacious, and I love the square shape. I have been using it since I purchased it to pack my and my husband's lunches in (We work together). It definitely holds both of our lunch, but the inside insulation is already breaking apart from the zipper at the top of the bag. I am a bit disappointed that the bag is not more durable, but maybe I just stuffed too much food into it. I really liked the front pocket to put silverware in.

I spent a few weeks looking for a lunchbag, because I'm a bit indecisive. I'm a grad school student, and usually take all of my meals and snacks "on the go" in the morning for the whole day. I'm not great with abstract dimensions, but I thought that at this price, I could buy a second one if I really needed it. Once I got it (earlier than I expected!), I was very impressed! I have been able to fit essentially an entire day's worth of meals/snacks inside, and carry the bag without it taking up too much space. It's great for people who are big eaters, packing for many people or meals, or people who want a little extra space in their lunch bag for other items.This is the perfect bag for me, and a great value. I've only used it for about a week now, but I can't really imagine a better bag for my purposes. I got the tan color, and it was wonderful. Very neutral, but also very attractive. I'm glad I chose this particular lunch bag, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a roomy, well-constructed option.

The best part about this bag is the size. It is not too small but also not too large. For the purpose of bringing lunch to work, it is a perfect size.I've had this for a couple of weeks now, and it has worked as I expected. The insulation is a bit on the thin side, so if you want to keep something cold for a longer period of time, you'll need an ice pack. I like that there is a pocket on the outside of the bag. I keep my wet hand wipes and paper napkins in there. It is a surprisingly convenient feature.Otherwise, there are no complaints.

Great office lunch bag. I am able to bring a variety of items to keep me snacking all day. The bag isnt insulated that much so my ice packs only stat cold for a couple hours, but i am able to store it in the fridge at work, so its not a big deal for me. The size of the bag is the important part. Im able to pack three good sized tupperware dishes and a few snacks, which allows me to bring a variety of food to work. I love it. I usualky pack one main dish a fruit and some snacks then im still able to fit my water bottle too. The setup of the bag makes it easy to get in and out. The zipper sticks a bit but only if I try to open it way too fast. Overall, i love the bag.

This lunch box is nice looking, a good size for a healthy lunch, and has a useful outside pocket. It seems durably made and if it lasts well it deserves five stars. The customer service seems to be excellent as they solicited my comments and responded quickly to my thoughts. The zippers have always failed on my prior lunch boxes. Time will tell if that is the case with this product. I'm extremely satisfied so far.

I bought this instead of a cheap one from Walmart because I thought it would last a long time. Unfortunately, after only 4 months of light use the inside liner is already falling apart. When I say light use I mean very light use. It blows my mind that this is already falling apart.Edit: I was contacted by the seller and offered a refund. The seller told me he would refund me instead of exchanging the bag because it is currently on sale! How cool is that? The seller refunded my money that same day and reminded me that this product has a lifetime guarantee. Truly great customer service. I'll give it a second shot.
