this hamper made it through all three years of college and it worked great. by the end of the three years, most of the velcro straps that wrap over the rods had fully given out, but they started to ware out long before that, maybe around first year. this meant that the rods would poke out the top and the hamper was constantly collapsing, making it lose its stability snd shape. i think the solution could be easily have larger pieces of fabric cover the rod, also maybe a small tight elastic to slide the rod through at the very top m, additional to the current sleeve the whole rod goes into.

I wanted a separate hamper for whites.. I also have an unused narrow space in my closet that needed a purpose- and this hamper bag perfectly fits in that space. I am very impressed with how easily it went from being flat in the bag to a sturdy, good-looking hamper. It took less than 3 minutes. I had planned to steam it after it was assembled to remove creases and wrinkles, but it turned out that wasn't necessary. Once all 4 rods were in place, the only side that didn't straighten out is the back, which is against the wall so it can't be seen! This bag holds just the right amount- when full it will make a perfectly sized load of laundry.I was surprised by how much longer the handles are than shown in the photos. I don't really plan on carrying it around so it doesn't really matter to me, but if it did, I could always shorten them by pulling one side of the rope to the inside and making a new knot about halfway up (or more). This added length makes the bag flexible to suit the needs of individual users so I can't see it as a negative. I am happy with my purchase.

Finally found a storage solution for my yoga mat and foam roller! This basket is tall enough to fit both and still have plenty of extra room inside of it as well for my exercise bands and other active items. The frame of this is sturdy and able to hold up well since there are these sticks that go into all four sides into a slot to hold up the bag. Very nice looking and makes my work out corner tidier! The ropes of the basket are a little long for me and so I just retied the knot on the inside of the basket to adjust the length to my liking (photos show original length of ropes to show it as without adjustments made) .

Simple to put the stability rods into the corners, though they wanted to "escape" the Velcro straps that are supposed to hold them in place.Other reviews note this is small, but that is the point for some people. They need a laundry basket that is a one load size that takes up not a lot of room. Not a laundry basket that holds 6 loads of laundry.In fact as often as I do laundry (as I wash my work clothes and home clothes separate) this will hold a full week of clothes easy...which is 2 loads for me. And my restroom is the "community" restroom. I really don't like to let my laundry pile up for the whole world to see.The grey worked out nice as my tile, paint & bath design are all grey (and navy) as well.

Got this for in a closet with a limited space (13”w x 16”l). It fit perfectly. Went together in about 1 minute. Very easy. Quality is good. Matches my John Louis shelf bins nicely. Holds 3 loads of laundry easily. The only recommendation is that the handles could be slightly shorter. I am 5’2” and have a little difficulty carrying this across the house to the laundry room. Certainly not a deal-breaker. Would recommend.

Pros:quality canvas and the ropes are easy to grasp and hold on to.looks amazingeasy to assembleCons:the ring on the top deforms when holding a heavy load of clothes but can be bend back into shapethe rings holding the ropes separated from the canvasthe straps holding the poles in place is an absolute garbage design. The straps don't hold the poles in well at all. Luckily, the poles are necessary when there are clothes in the bag.

I ordered two of these in the brown. I needed laundry baskets of this exact size 12" width, 20" height to fit in our bathroom vanity cabinets. These were quick to assemble and fit perfectly. I have already filled them with laundry, toted one of them around, and dumped the laundry out a few times, just to test how it works. And it works perfectly for us. I love the long rope handles. Would be even nicer if there was a solid insert for the bottom like a very similar product that I ordered. I love that they are collapsible and can easily be stored when not needed. And I love the color and the look!

I purchased this basket less than 2 years ago & decided it was time for that one to go so I purchased the same again. I use it for dirty laundry for 2 people. I’m not one who lets laundry pile up but if laundry does reach the top the basket was & still is durable enough to hold what’s in it until I reach my washer. I’d say after now having 2 the basket is durable. The material is durable where it has little difficulty standing on its own but it does need the support of 4 black thin poles which slide down each corner & are covered with material & velcro. The most annoying part with my older one is there was 1 pole which would never stay under the velcro material. Every time I used it the pole would come out. I got use to it but was annoying. I hoped the new one would be better & it is. I do see potential for it to become a problem again but these seem more secure on the new one. A heads up!—the picture shows the rope being on the smaller length on the side. It’s not! It hangs down quite far. It’s not a big deal to me but the picture isn’t accurate to what is received. It was an easy assembly & ready to use. There’s a downside I’ll add. There is no additional support on the bottom of this basket. I wasn’t aware this existed until I purchased a different brand basket for my Son’s room which had a nice hard plastic support. This basket is purely the material 100%. They could make some improvements & upgrades but for my pros & cons….it’s a 4 star.
