For the price and quality I am extremely happy with this bike. Very easy to assemble, quiet and sturdy. The wifey was initially unsure because it didn't say Peloton. Fast-forward a few weeks later and she enjoys using it every day (with the Peloton app of course lol). There are a couple reviews here that seemed questionable with the bad English, so color me surprised that this purchase turned out so well.Initial setup: Took me about 20 minutes. Includes a handy tool for the bolts and all I needed was an extra wrench to install the seat. It took no adjustments to make the bike sit solidly on the ground but seems very easy to adjust if needed.Features: Tablet holder holds tablet. Water bottle holder holds water. I really didn't care whether I had the stat tracking monitor stuff but it seems to do fine. Included with the box was instructions to email for an additional free part/app that would do extra things like monitor the RPMs. I ended up getting a wire that seems to combine the two inputs into one but no other instructions. I'm sure an email will get me answers but I haven't been in a rush so can't comment on it.Comfort: Shout-out to the seat. I expected the usually uncomfortable seat and having to buy a cushion but nope. The jimmies are fine. I did end up purchasing some handlebar tape wrap (Domain Cycling brand) which I would recommend, but that's not to knock what came in the box. I also purchased SPD pedals (Venzo fitness) and would recommend also, but the pedals it came with were quite comfortable.Resistance: I spent too long researching flywheels and wondering if 22 lbs was going to be too little as it was on the light side compared to some other fitness bikes. Worried for nothing. Unless you're training for an Ironman I'd be surprised if this wasn't enough for youAnd a final note: The first bike I received had a very tiny squeak on occasion. Not loud at all and very intermittent when I slowed down to below exercising speed. I emailed support and, after a back and forth attempting to eliminate it, they offered and expedited me a complete replacement. A WHOLE NEW BIKE because of a tiny squeak. As it was I would have been very happy with the purchase and given an excellent review. So this was a very big cherry on top!EDIT: Now November. Just reread my review and I stand by everything I said. The bike is still a champ and the only maintenance I did was greasing up the parts one time with some lubricant - honestly I don't even think it needed it.This was supposed to be a "let's try it out before buying a Peloton". I can only speak for my own experience and hope what's being shipped out now is as good as we got back then, but if it is I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I've had this bike for a little bit now and it's an incredible value for the price. At first, I was a bit hesitant, but when it arrived I was so relieved. The bike looks way better in person and it is manufactured very well and feels very sturdy. It feels just as, if not a bit sturdier than the far more expensive stationary bike that it is replacing. Additionally, the bike is very quiet which is great since I tend to watch shows and movies on a nearby TV. The bike is so quiet it's almost as if it isn't there at all--a testament to how well made the bike is. The resistance is made well and feels like I'm actually trying to climb a hill when I apply the resistance, which is pretty impressive since this is typically something found in far more expensive stationary bikes. My kids also use the bike and changing the seat and handle bar is very fast and easy, even for the kids. The heart monitor is also quite good and was a feature that really attracted me to the bike since, like many other parts of the bike, the heart monitor is something usually found on more expensive bikes. It works very well and has helped me track how hard I'm cycling, how far I've gone, and time spent, among other measures. In sum, it's an amazing bike and I would highly recommend for cyclists of all levels.

I purchased this bike in lieu of a Peloton. The bike came quickly and was relatively easy to assemble (as a person who is usually not very handy!). I’ve used it for 2-3 intense workouts and am concerned that the handlebars have been wobbly since I put it together and that the wheel is starting to make periodic noises. Hopefully these will be the only minor issues. Overall, very stylish and efficient!!

When COVID-19 hit and I was left looking for an alternative to my daily spin routine, due to gym closures, I researched options online. Peloton is the bike of choice for many but there were multi-month back orders and they are somewhat pricey. My research showed that the "L NOW Indoor Bike" was the best quality for the price point.When it arrived, I was shocked at how easy it was to assemble. For someone who is gets intimidated by complex assembly, I found this to be extremely easy. I think unpacking and assembly took approximately 30 minutes.The ride of the bike is smooth and the seat has great padding unlike many other spin bikes I've used at studios. There is also a digital display if you want to track your ride and a place for you to put your iPhone or iPad on the bike while you ride. I opt for my phone so I can listen to music of follow along in a class.It is easy to move from one spot to the other because it has small wheels in the front, allowing you to tilt the bike up from the back. I pull it out every morning in my den, put it in front of a mirror so I can look at my form and then put it away so it's not out in the open all day. I've also been able to take it outside on nice days so I can enjoy it in nice weather.Lastly, I'm extremely tall so the tallest setting for the seat post is still a little low. I emailed customer support about this and they got back to me that day, offering to send me an adjusted taller seat post that brought the seat up to a much better height for me. Can't recommend this product enough.

The bike worked for 6 months and then a plastic component broke on the pedal system. The belt now falls off of the pedal component and the bike doesn’t work. The company advertises a 1 year warranty. I contacted the company and they informed me that they would send me new parts. This email occurred on November 7, 2020. On December 14, 2020 I still did not have the parts. I contacted the company and they apologized. They said they would send me a new bike. They promised to send me a confirmation email. It is now January 3rd, 2020 and I have yet to hear from the company. Terrible customer service. Spend more money and avoid The L Now Exercise Bike.
