AMMO of Mig Jimenez Detail Streaking Enamel Paint BRUSHERS (Starship Grime - AMIG-1259)

I received this and noticed it had a residue like glue from a sticker. When I went to use it I found the brush was stiff and the bristles were stuck together. I'm pretty sure this isn't the way something 'new' would arrive. I mean why would the brush inside of the paint be stiff and the bristles stuck together?The paint worked well enough but I'm wondering if I got a used/returned product.This is the first time I've used Mig paint and so far I'm not so much impressed by the product quality control.I have several of these streaker products on order and I am hoping the resulting products don't arrive in what appears to be used condition.I suppose starting off on the wrong foot isn't a good beginning. I suppose I'll always wonder if I should order your product or make my own version with my oil paint supplies. I did clean the brush but I have to say it isn't working as well as it should the point is still stiff and the paint doesn't flow well from it. Kind of a bad thing when you are trying to paint fine details.I can't say I'd recommend this product and I'll be leery of Mig products in the future. Like I said starting off on the wrong foot isn't good. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression. It is too bad because the paint seems to be pretty good for what I intended to use it for.
