Dungeons & Dragons: Cutter

Its a good starter. Like waking up in a panic, running to the car, starting the engine, speeding away.. oh look a Donut shop,”The End”. So many Questions, Do they make their life in Xorlarrin, are the welcomed in Xorlarrin, does Doum’Weille gain power over the sword or does the sword win, Why did Tus’on betray his wife(ok Drow, I get it) and should I stop and get a donut? Where is the story going? To me it incomplete.

There are few thing that can draw me to read Forgotten Realms fiction these days. This book proved the exception.

The artwork is good, though Tos'un looks like quite old (reminiscent of Drizzt on the cover of Starless Night). There is lots of action, and it’s interesting to see things from the perspective of Khazid’hea, but this is basically a graphical representation of a couple of pages from the start of Night of the Hunter.

I didn't realize it was in a hardcover comic book basically. But it is definitely a good read.

Honestly, the writing wasn't exceptional but it was solid.But, let's talk about that art! Holy cow! There were more than a few beautiful frames. And teh composition of some of them were amazing.Worth every bit of the cost for the art alone.

The comic ties right into his books. Can't wait to see where this story goes, and if the Companions come into the picture. Awsome!!!

Usual R. A. Salvatore story writing, great detail, and great story telling, fits in with his other writings.

An interesting side plot to the Drizzt saga. If you like the Drizzt books, you will want to read this as well.

Durch Zufall bin ich beim Stöbern auf dieses Comic gestoßen.Es stellt eine kleine Vorgeschichte zu "Night of the Hunter" dar.Wer also mehr über Doum'weille erfahren möchte, sollte hier zuschlagen.Die Geschichte liest sich sehr gut, aber auch sehr schnell. Also ein sehr kurzesund kostspieliges Vergnügen, aber als Salvatore Fan hatte ich keine Wahl.Ich bin jetzt kein Comicexperte, aber die Zeichnungen fand ich ganz gut.Bis auf die männlichen Elfen, deren Gesichter fand ich so gruselig, dass mandamit Kinder erschrecken könnte. Dafür ein Stern Abzug. Abgesehen davonsind sie viel zu groß und kräftig, Elfen sollen doch feingliedrig sein.Die hier könnten als Orks durch gehen.

AS much as I love R.A. Salvatore's books, I hated the comic book. Drawings are below average and story is weak. Should not be worth more than $1 in my books.

This is a Manga book. The artwork is nice. If your a Forgotten Realms fan this helps tie the story of the sword together with the rest

Eine sehr schöne Lücken füller in der gasamt Geschichte aber ich finde die Zeichnungen nicht so gelungen. Wer es mag ist es eine schönen Graphikroman aber ich finde es könnte besser sein was die Bilder angeht.
