This anti blister stick is an absolute lifesaver for long walking days. You just rub it on your feet before putting on your socks and it stops shoes from rubbing or causing painful raw spots. I don't know what's wrong with my feet, but I get blisters anytime I walk more than a mile. I get blisters walking around Costco! It drives me nuts and no shoe or sock change has ever helped. Someone suggested I try a an anti blister balm, so I bought this one. It's amazing! I put a good layer all over my feet, wait a minute or so, and then put my socks and shoes on. I have had NO blisters since I started using this. Walked all around the city yesterday and ZERO blisters! Crazy, I really couldn't believe it.

I just placed another order for this blister balm. It is amazing and I don't want to take a chance of running out! My husband and I do a lot of walking and I would have to give up after a while because I could feel blisters forming on my feet. I tried everything - tape, band-aids, powder - and nothing helped. I saw this product and thought what the heck. What's the worse that could happen. I was so very very surprised to see how well it worked. When I saw they made a dedicated formula specifically for feet, I decided to pick it up to target blister-prone areas during long walking sessions. The application is extremely easy and clean—the twist-up stick glides smoothly onto the skin without leaving a greasy or wet mess on your hands or socks. It creates a dry, invisible barrier that immediately reduces shoe friction. As for performance on my feet, it definitely seems to help, though it is slightly difficult to tell if the protection is entirely physical or partially psychological since I am already mindful of my stride and footwear. Either way, my foot skin feels protected during extended movement, and I have noticed a tangible decrease in hot spots and blisters since incorporating this into my routine. It is a convenient, travel-friendly product that does its job well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who logs heavy daily mileage and deals with friction-related foot discomfort.

I recently walked one of the Camino de Santiago routes - this product was amazing! I applied it whenever I felt a "hot spot" on my feet...and completed the CdS without a single blister! (NOTE: I wore Bedrock Cairn zero-drop sandals without socks the entire time)

We have been theme park people for years, but this is a game changer. After trying this, my family doesn't want to do another vacation, convention, etc., without this stuff.

Use for trail running and marathon training. Squirrels nut butter (foot formula) works a little better, but that has a pretty strong fragrance and is more difficult to apply. This works great for daily runs and moderate efforts maybe not for races or really long tough training.

I would say this product is just okay.... It does work I guess, but it takes some effort to apply. I mainly use it on my feet, especially around areas with small or developing bunions and calluses, and I noticed that it can be harder to glide over those spots. You really have to apply some pressure to get it to roll on properly! It is also not as thick as I expected, which made it feel a bit less protective than I had hoped. It might help PREVENT irritation or protect areas that are starting to develop issues, but if you already have bunions, I think gel pads or hydrocolloid blister pads work better. I would rate it around 3.5 stars. It is a bit pricey for what it offers and did not fully meet my expectations. That said, it could still be useful for other areas of the body, even though I have only used it on my feet so far.

I've suffered from blisters on one toe for over 20 years. I've tried recommendations from two podiatrists but, until now, the best I could find was to use smooth, thin plasters on that toe and the one next to it. That didn't cure the problem but did reduce the size of the blisters. I saw the reviews of this Body Glide Foot balm so tried it. It worked on two local 11 mile walks so I then relied on it for a week walking in the Pennines - absolutely no blisters despite still having some of the hard, rough skin from the previous blisters. I've now been able to file down most of the hard skin from the old blisters and don't get any more as long as I use this.It's totally non-greasy so doesn't rub off on my socks and does lat all day.

This works so much better than I expected it to! You can put it on your feet as well as putting it on the shoe itself and it stops the rubbing that creates blisters. You can even put it on after you've already got blister and it makes it feel so much more comfortable. From someone whose feet continually get shredded by shoes, this product is a dream.

A brilliant formula created and developed. I never get shoe bites or anything when I apply this to my toes, heel, etc. Works especially well with heels. Highly recommend! 🙌
