Really good and easy to use. Excellent option when you don't want the flavor of traditional dashi or if you just want a veggie soup stock.

Not much to say about it, it's high-quality soup powder. You can boil it like a teabag or open it and pour it into hot water. It has small chunks of vegetable, but these are edible and add a bit of texture to the soup, maybe the size of minced garlic at largest. One packet can make soup for 2 people (~400ml I believe). I think it's a waste *not* to open it.

We bought this stock for cooking hot pot, first at Wegmans and then we found it online at Amazon. It's very tasty and is a great stock for my husband and I, who are vegetarians. We also shared it with my parents (meat lovers) and they love it too (they do cook beef in it, so I'm sure they are getting extra meaty flavor). This is something we will keep coming back for.
