A Little Goes A Long Way
Cayenne is a hot pepper but not in a violent way like some other super hots. Cayenne isn't a super hot but it has some hang time so I'd go light before you go heavy with this stuff.I don't get upset stomach with other peppers but for some reason cayenne will cause me discomfort, let's just say, a little while after consumption.No other pepper does that to me. Go figure.
