I've been collecting Zippos for some time now and I've got a few rare ones. This little insert has been epic for allowing me to use my zippos to light my stogies. I did have issues with it when I first received it and put fuel in it, but it was my bad for not bleeding it before putting fuel inside.If you're buying one, just make sure to drain it first, the same way you would with any lighter for about 10 seconds. It works like a charm now and lasts a good while before needing another refill. Highly recommend.

Works very well. It’s light and sturdy and the design is simple yet sophisticated. The flame does remain lit for a while, and then it is challenging for it to remain lit. This is probably due to the fact that it overheats slightly. Otherwise a great windproof lighter. Highly recommend it.

Good flame and adjustable. I use mines in my EDC, so it constantly gets used.Probably two things bug me about this - for being a Zippos product, it's made in China. Zippos are known to be American made, so I was slightly surprised the lighter module itself wasn't. Second - Sometimes, when I spark it, the flame doesn't light the first time and I have to click again. This maybe happens every second try. More often if it's coldand it hasn't been lit for a while. This didn't happen when I first had it for the first maybe 2-4 months. But now it's every second try.I have a Zippo armour, so this is slightly loose inside it. You have to applied some duck tape up one or both of the narrow sides to hold it in place to stop it from popping out when you open it.And you can't do any fancy lighting tricks when you have this in. But I prefer this, as the flame is far better.

The media could not be loaded. Had this lighter insert for 2 days. 1st day it worked perfect always lights first time. 2nd day as you can see from the video it doesn't light. On the rare time it decides to light it will only stay lit for 2 seconds maximum.The lighter is full of gas, I've tried with the flame control on max and down to low and nothing. Tried to contact zippo and not received a reply so I'll be returning this.UPDATE: Zippo got back to me and said because I've bought it from amazon and not direct through them they won't honor the warranty and I need to contact amazon to rectify. Completely unlawful as the consumer rights act 2015 states the manufacturers warranty comes first. Basically their slogan of "It works or we fix it for free" doesn't mean jack if you bought it through amazon, pathetic considering the insert wasn't even 48 hours in my control before it stopped working.Product will be getting returned and I won't be getting any more zippo products. The fluid version with the wick leaks, and this product doesn't even work.UPDATE: Now changed to 1 star. Zippo claim they don't need to provide a warranty on products not purchased directly through them. Complete horse crap.

ABSOLUTELY GREATI love my zippo lighter but always struggle to fill with the fluid this is a brilliant alternative and I love it . Works perfectly the feel of it is great easy to fill and fits my zippo perfectly. Actually bought another one for my husband. The flame us great i can't say enough about how great it is. Definitely a great upgrade without the mess and smell of the normal zippo.
