Icon Time Systems Proximity Badges (25)

glad I purchased these with my new Icon timeclock/card reader. was planning to use a batch of badges from a different system/manufacturer but after assigning these badges to the all our employees we quickly realized that they all read the same and the system thought the same employee was clocking in and out. These cards appear to work flawlessly with the Icon system and I recommend that you only buy the cards that are recommended with your time system otherwise you should expect weird results.

Once you read the basics of how to set these up in the manual for your particular time clock, it is fairly simple to program the time clock to use them. After I labelled the cards with employee names, it took me about 5 minutes to match the existing employees in the database to the actual cards.

Used directly, easy to program and are durable.

These cards work great with their system. They are thick and not easy to break. They do fit in ID holders.

We switched to a time clock management service if you years ago and the system works great interface is quickly with ADP and we have been very pleased with it. The only problem is having one employee clock in for another employee but the biometric devices are very expensive and this thing is much more reasonably priced so I continue with it.

Flimsy, not worth $. The edges chip very easily and expose the material under the black.

I have 50 employees and it works as advertised. We have had zero problems. Set up was easy, cards are durable

Ordered these a month ago to top up the old ones. Product as described, no problems so far.
