Highly recommend for tennis/pickleball elbow.
I am an avid pickleball player and started having problems with tennis elbow pain starting last March. Used one of the many compression straps on the market and it didn’t do much to relieve the vibration and resulting pain. A friend suggested tenex as it alleviated their tennis elbow issue. I tried this and I have no pain when I play. Normally when I hit overheads and hard shots I would feel the pain in my elbow immediately after. When I wear this I can hit all shots without any pain. I am a female with the updated model and have been happy with it. Their customer service is also great as I had a few questions and Mike was very responsive and helpful. I am very happy to be able to continue to play the sport I enjoy without the tennis elbow pain, thanks to Tenex!

Band Broke less than a year .
it worked very well. however, the band broke and it can not be repaired.it was les than 1year of purchase. I would like to get a replacement for the broken bandPlease send a return/exchange replacement form

Not Worth the Hype – Feels Like a Gimmick
I was really hopeful when I read the claims about the this product for my tennis elbow. “EXCEPTIONAL TENNIS ELBOW, PICKLEBALL ELBOW, AND CUBITAL TUNNEL SYNDROME PAIN RELIEF”? That’s a bold promise, but unfortunately, the results didn’t live up to the marketing.The idea of blocking “harmful vibrations” sounds great in theory, but in practice, I noticed no measurable improvement in my elbow pain. It’s supposed to provide 24/7 protection by wearing it like a watch, but the device just felt clunky and awkward—definitely not something I’d want on all day. The design might be “optimal” in the lab, but in real life, it feels like more of a gimmick than a serious medical solution.Yes, it's waterproof and comes with a lifetime warranty, but none of that matters if the core function—actual pain relief—falls flat. For me, it didn’t reduce discomfort or speed up healing. I’ve had better luck with traditional braces and physical therapy.Bottom line: this sounds like a revolutionary fix, but it’s mostly marketing fluff. Not completely useless, but nowhere near the “unparalleled relief” it promises.

The Only Solution That Worked for Me
I am a pickleball player who developed really bad tennis elbow. The kind that was waking me up at night and making it difficult to perform some daily tasks. I tried every solution I could find... lotions, exercises, arm sleeves, tendon scraping, arm bands, rest, etc. Nothing worked. After initially hesitating due to the relatively high initial cost, I figured I had nothing to lose so I tried the Tenex Ultra. Now, I only wish I had not hesitated as I wasted more money on other solutions that didn't work. I immediately had less pain blocking drives and hitting backhand volleys, flicks and rolls. My elbow was still sore but, over the next 4 weeks, my pain gradually reduced to none. I only wore mine while playing. I think it would have worked even better if I had worn it all day. A few tips: If you have skinny wrists poke an extra hole in the band. Make sure the fit is snug, almost tight. If you aren't getting results try flipping the unit and putting it on the other way. It should not cover that "ball" of bone on the outside of your wrist. Additional note on customer service... I broke my first band and excellent customer service got it replaced quickly under the lifetime warranty. Today I combine the Tenex Ultra with a Theraband Flex Bar to keep my elbow healthy.

It helped with the vibrations but….
The first time I used it you can tell that it worked and helped with the vibrations, but it’s broken the next day. So I returned it.

Does the job but needs other band options.
Tha product helps to absorb impact/vibration however, the band makes you sweat and gets all sweaty which makes it slide around a bit. I would prefer other band options.

Amazing wrist band
If I could give this band 10 stars I would. I had been dealing with epicondylitis in my elbow and it was always just smoldering.After playing sports, I would come home and massage it and try to do lots of different things. But, enter this interesting little “wrist band” - from day one I was very impressed. I have small wrists and it fit great. It is very non invasive to wear and for me it truly was a miracle worker.
