We purchased the 12" model first and were immediately impressed by the overall quality of the pan itself. Very well made, just the right amount of weight along with excellent balance. The included vented glass and stainless steel lid is equally impressive and fits the pan like a glove.We are using these pans on our (4 Burner) BlueStar restaurant grade gas stove top which can put out more than double the BTUs of your typical consumer/home grade stove top, so durability and heat handling was of paramount concern to us. The bulk of our other cookware is composed of various stainless steel pots and pans made by All-Clad, so we know what quality cookware looks and cooks like.The 12" pan proved to be a wonder in our kitchen and despite exposure to high heat on a regular basis, has held up great over these many months. The pan remains perfectly flat and well balanced with no signs of warping or deformation. The non-stick surface was more than impressive! In fact, food items such as frozen hamburger patties slide around so easily that simply tilting the pan at a slight angle results in the patty sliding to the other side of the pan! Clean up is a breeze! No need to bother with the dishwasher! Simply run hot water over the dirty cooking surface for 30-60 seconds and wipe clean with a lightly soaped kitchen sponge. Even normally tough to clean ingredients like melted cheese and heavily browned hamburger fat slides right out with little to no effort. Night and day compared to a normal stainless steel pan's cleanup after frying up multiple cheese burgers!Simply giving a product a 5 STAR review doesn't back up an opinion as much as putting our money where our mouth is! That comes with our recent purchase of both the 8" and 10" models of this series along with their companion glass lids! That was our buying choice after using the 12" model every single day, several times per day for the last 5 months.If a piece of cookware can hold up to daily use on high output, professional grade gas burners and retain both its original shape/dimensions as well as its non-stick surface, there isn't higher praise than that!My only complaint is that only the 12" model comes with the vented glass lid included. We had to purchase the 8" and 10" lids from TechChef as separate purchases, which added to the total cost. But considering the value of these excellent pans at MSRP, it is hard to complain too much about the total cost. All three combined was still cheaper than just one of our All-Clad stainless steel saute pans! ;o)

These pans are fantastic!!! While they are dishwasher safe, I have mostly handwashed them because they are so incredibly easy to clean. I made both chicken and beef meatballs and neither stuck to the pan - however, they cooked wonderfully and even formed a delicious crust. I didn't even use any oil! Eggs cook wonderfully on these as well.The heat distribution has been perfect, the nonstick aspect has been perfect... I genuinely have nothing bad to say about these pans. Once my other pans (from a different set, not from this brand, that have become scratched and no longer act as nonstick...) wear out, I will be purchasing more of these. All I wish was that there were more sizes/types, but I am happy with what I have.I have been extremely careful in only using non-metal utensils/spatulas/etc. with these pans. After being used just about on a daily basis for almost a month, I still have a great nonstick surface and not a scratch or ding in sight.

This pan has literally changed the way we cook. We've had it for a little over 6 months - still looks brand new. No noticeable wear to the ceramic surface. Nothing stains this pan - it's amazing!We've notices it takes a little longer to heat up, but when it does it heats evenly.We are buying the full set. I will never use Teflon again.

My 1st delivery was defective. The manufacturer had an attitude and wanted me to jump thru hoops that would have taken me past Amazon's 30 day return limit. Amazon replaced promptly. Pans are solid, well balanced, good heat distribution, cool handle. Too bad the non-stick ceramic isn't. A little adhesion for a nice crust is fine, but as time went on everything began sticking. This morning I did potatoes in a little olive oil. The pieces slid and flipped fine. But as soon as I added an egg, it stuck! Have had the set less than a year. Only hand washed, never used metal tools. Sad, bcs it's a beautiful pan, just not non-stick. Sticking began in less than 20 uses.

Easy cleanup, Good heat dispersion, I wish they had a middle size pan available.

I bought it because of the fact that Teflon coating is not good for my body. After discarding all the Teflon coating pans I had, only the stainless steel pans and ceramic coating pans remained. It wasn't particularly difficult to use. It won't stick if you put oil on it after preheating over medium heat instead of high heat. I am still satisfied.

After years and years as a dedicated iron skillet fan... OMG. Why did I waste so much time?These are not pans. They are alien technology that does not stick to regular matter.I can't get over the fact that cleaning is just rinse and wipe. No scrubbing. No soap. No effort.Even the outside is nonstick. Seriously. I've used my pans for over a month now and theystill look and behave as if they a brand spanking new. I'm just absolutely blown away.Nothing at all like a teflon pan. 1000 times better. Good quality but after a year of normal use the nonstick ability goes away and now need to use cooking spray to keep from sticking.
