beware false advertising scam.this product is NOT an epilator.i want my money back.i do not want the same product again. but this is the only option i am given.beware, there is no option to make it right. only option to have same shaver resent.i do not want a shaver.this is criminal behaviour. fraud.

NOT AN EPILATOR
I was tricked for this being an epilator when this clearly was a trimmer. battery life sucks you get 30 mins max for 8 hours of charging. the charging cord is too small, not even the required size.
