Reliable
Reliable high quality power cord. Has been working with no problems. And I can’t complain.

Works great until it falls to pieces
I had this adapter for a couple of weeks and it worked really well. One day, I unplugged it and the parts holding the USB end fell off in my hand. I don't think I was manhandling it. Just literally went to pieces. It still works, but I don't trust the exposed wires and circuitry.

Works great for my MFJ-259 Antenna Analyzer, already saving me money.
I grew tired of replacing the 10 AA batteries in my older MFJ-259 antenna analyzer that doesn't support recharging internal batteries, so I took a chance on this converter. Works like a charm to run the analyzer on a spare rechargeable power bank. Costs less than 10 batteries, so it's already saving money.

It works.
I purchased this to use a battery to run my Masterbuilt gravity grill. It works and I’ve hade no issues.

May not put out rated amperage
I bought a different drok inverter to change 5V DC to 12V DC and it worked like a charm powering my MinisForum microcomputer with two travel drived conned to its' USB ports. The drawback of that one was it had a switch to switch the output from 9V to 12V. It had a rated output of 1 amp at 9V and 0.8 amps at 12V. This inverter is rated at 0.8 amps at 12V. According to the specifications, these two are equal. This device will not power my microcomputer even without the HDD's attached. Non starter. Maybe the other one put out more than the rated amperage, I don't know as I don't have a way to measure USB amperages.

Worked great
I used it to replace the power input to a device that required a 12v wall adapter
