This book was easy to read and understand. I think it is a great asset for anyone chasing the fire officer position.

About 200 pages too long. Filled with outdated, contradictory, and irrelevant statistics. Packed with broad, generalizations that are presented as fact but vary between every department.Also, E-book does NOT come with Navigate Advantage Access.

I bought this book as brand new and I came and the access code has been scratched off already and when I tried it, it doesn’t work so this book is useless.

The title is completely misleading, does not include advantage access code. You're better off buying this somewhere else
