Nutone Plastic Blower Wheel
Fit the M682 fan motor perfectly. Fan noise greatly reduced.

Perfect fit in my 45 year old bathroom vent fan.
This style of fan blade has been in use for decades. It is a proven design, but they do wear out over time. I installed this replacement fan blade in a vent fan that was original to my 1960s house. How is that for reliability!

Motor shaft hole was to big. Used adhesive to hold in place.
