The perfect large stainless steel sauce pan!!
Perfect!!I had purchased the 10 quart version of this sauce pan previously, but it was just too big for my home kitchen. This one is perfect size, it fits on all of my larger burners. It is stainless so it is dishwasher safe as well.I will be buying more of these in the future!!!

Heavy and Good on Induction
Heavy duty pot that works great on an inductions stove. The whole bottom is magnetic and very thick. That is great for heat control. I am using it for popcorn, great for that use.Knocked one star off because handle is perfectly round so it is hard to rotate the pot to empty. You can put the flat at the very end against your palm for leverage, but a little awkward.

Great for the price
It cooks well, cleans up easily, and the lid fits like it should.

Safer option
This is a much safer option than other things on the market. The lid sticks well and I love the build quality of this pot.

A Serious Piece of Cookery Kit
This 4.5 quart sauce pan is a perfect choice if you want a quality pot with a NO non stick surface. It still requires the use of soft utensils. Metal utensils will scratch and spoil the surface. It performs perfectly because the heavy bottom construction insures that the pot will hold the heat and keep your food at an even temperature while cooking. It has a long handle for easy reach across the cook top surface. It is a serious piece of kit and very substantial. Very nicely polished and attractive finish. DOWNSIDE: It could use a cover of some kind over the handle, hence the four star rating. When the pot is full it's hard to get a good grip on it without your hand slipping. I suppose we sort of suspected that would be the case, but the benefits outweighed that negative aspect. All things considered, it was a good buy at a decent price point and we can heartily recommend it's quality.

My favorite pot
Winco/Winware makes cookware that is not fancy, but it is durable and works a treat. I love these pots in particular because they have a thicker/heavier base and hold heat well. They also close to indestructible, the lids fit nicely, and they're pretty dang inexpensive. Basic but well made, this is all the cooking equipment anyone really needs.
