The product threw all my doubts out of the window...good packaging, beautiful design and definitely value for money. Very happy with it.

Product is good. However the packaging wasn't great. So had a broken tray lid which is used to keep the dhoop below for future use. Otherwise good quality product.

Amazing product.Just the same as in the website.It's big enough to accommodate the agarbatti comfortably.The rack to store Agarbatti is large enough to store atleast 20-30 sticks at once

After just one use of the dhoop cone, the top portion was burnt out. The seller says it can be used for both dhoop and agarbathi which is wrong. This is also not returnable item now and i am stuck. They should either increase the height or remove dhoop from description

The holes are pretty big, so we usually have to jam two sticks in at once, but it's a good item overall.

Difficult to clean and maintain on a daily basis, realize it is more suitable for places outside the pooja room as far as I have witnessed them around.
