I've tried 2 other liquid brands, and 2 soft gel brands, but Omapure has been the best. I've gone through about 7 of these bottles and they are amazing. Taste is good as far as fish oil goes.But as a company, Omapure / Vitoria Biosciences is amazing. One time one of the bottles had been damaged in shipping, and they sent me a free replacement no questions asked.Another time, I called them simply asking if the bottle I had accidentally left out for 24 hours was still okay to consume. They said it should be fine, but the man I spoke to on the phone said he would just send me a new bottle, free of charge!Great product, and A+ customer service!

I chose the liquid because I have difficulty swallowing pills. After reading reviews of this product, I have no doubt that this is a quality product. But I wasn't ready for the fish taste and after effects. I tasted a fruity fishy taste which was worse for me than just tasting fish (which I do not like). If you are choosing this product to avoid a fish taste, be aware that this still has a strong fish flavor. Also, after I took it, I continued to burp the fish taste for quite awhile. Healthy - yes. But, I think I will try swallowing soft gels again to avoid the taste.

This product is excellent because I helps with mental function and joint stiffness. Furthermore, I have a 22 year old who was dx. with Startle seizures. I give this product to her to reduce seizure activity. I know it works because as soon as she runs out and she hasn't taken it in awhile the least little noise startles her and triggers a seizure. More research should be done in this area pertaining to seizure disorders and fish oil benefits..

I prefer the pure liquid.. there is a slight lemon taste. No fish smell, no fish taste and no belching. This is way better than Carlsons. I take 3 times the recommended dose (I take 1 Tablespoon and the recommended dose is 1 Teaspoon).

OMAPURE fish oil softgels are high quality (IFOS certified), easy to swallow (I find the 1000mg softgels of most other brands slightly too large for comfort), and reasonably priced.

My sister researched the benefits of this product and my whole family is taking it. We all like the taste as it makes it easier to take than regular fish oil. We all will continue using it.

I hate the smell, but great product! My husband drinks it daily! Thank you!
