I was expecting these to be perfect based on everyone's "unbiased review for a discounted price" so maybe that is why I am disappointed. These do not stay cold very long after being frozen which I would say about 20 minutes. For a slow drinker I think your beer will get a little warm still but this is still better than nothing. After a few uses the steel has a strange metalicy/sourish taste to your lips that I can't really explain. Also, I don't know if I am doing something wrong but I keep my beer in the fridge and every time I take a few sips and then put a frozen one of these things in the beer it fizzes up really quick and starts shooting out.Is this worth buying? Yes, it is better than nothing and the best option I can find so far for keeping beer cold it is just not perfect in my opinion. It does seal onto a bottle well as well and for the cheap price I will most likely buy two more since they are the best option. I might try a different brand of these too and compare.

Haven't used it yet. But they seem like they will work. When they arrived they were cold. So I am pretty sure once I freeze them they will stay cold for awhile. Bc the ones I got stayed pretty cold even tho I didn't freeze them yet. I ordered 3 boxes. And I thought it was pretty cool how they came with bottle opener and a little pad as well. And they shipped at a decent time frame. I ordered them all at once. And got one set 1st and couple days later the other two sent with my other packages.

It looked like it was kind of old. It was kind of rusty when I received it and the box looked like it has been used. I haven't used it yet so I'm not sure how well it works

I bought this thinking it would be a useful gift, but it doesn't work too well. If you put them in a warm beer, only the first few sips are cold. If the chiller stick doesn't sit right on/in the beer.. it starts to leak form the top as you are drinking and it is just awkward. It doesn't really make cold beer any colder either. Lets just say, they have been sitting in our freezer for months............

It's a great idea, but honestly I don't notice the temperature difference too much when using the beer chiller. Also, keep in mind that it fits normal-sized bottles well, but won't fit short/stout bottles.

These work great.... With the perfect sized bottle. If you have a stockier bottle like a red stripe or Heineken, they're much too long. Maybe it was just the ones that I got but they also didn't really stay on very tight. They also don't stay cool for the whole beer unless you drink it fast.

These work great! After a few hours in the freezer, just pop one on your bottle (after taking a drink to make a little room). Kept a beer nice and chilled for around 30 mins (beer was gone) and it was still cold, so it would have worked longer (if needed). I have found a great new gift item!!

Gets your beer cool quick! What a great idea - because putting ice into your warm beer is bad.
