I mean the picture says it all pretty self explanatory. But to be more descriptive in the scenario of how it bro so you could avoid breaking them in case you decide to buy them any ways. I was on my 4 set of flat bench 365lb I tightened my wraps like I would normally do on my second repetition the f@#$&*$ thing snapped. The material on this is very cheap and the thread is not the best quality. If you work out with heavy weight or you are a high intensity weight lifter don get this. This elbow wraps are more less for someone that is starting to workout and is having some joint or pain in the tendons of the elbows but this is not for someone that is on that next level. The product needs some work on the material and the heat it takes because this is my first week with them and I wasn't even started with my workout and they broke. I hope this helped you guys out...

My husband has been using it for about 2 1/2 months, only once or twice a week. In the beginning, this elbow wrap was awesome. It gave great support and its tightness was incredible. But after about a month, it started to get loose and now the stitches around velcro started to fall apart. He's very disappointed it doesn't even last 6 months. But the customer service is great. They said they will send a replacement immediately.UPDATE 6/30/19This elbow wrap would be perfect if the company makes the velcro stitching tough and sturdy. Received a replacement but it's the same problem.

Amazing quality. Very good for protecting elbows during heavy benching, weighted dip or military press. I agree with some reviewers here complaining about the valcro breaking easily. I have found a way around that - dont strap it close all the way. Leave a slight piece available and place your thumb on it while opening it so that the pressure of your thumb keeps it stable and it does not break off by opening and closing everytime.

Looking for an elbow brace that would not hinder my movement during my workout. I have an injury that I had to get pins and rods in my elbow. This made me lift more than before. It feels great and gives a lot of support. I would rather have this than the neoprene brace,

The wraps do their job, however the stitching is terrible. Over half of the Velcro wasn’t secured and nearly came off after the first use.

As you gradually move up in weight you need to protect your joints. these are great for protecting your elbow joint while pushing heavier weight

Got them for hubby has very large forearms due to muscles mass was a little tight where the loop but good quality
