EDIT: I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement. The issue was on Amazon’s side as they sent me a returned product. I’ve been using it on and off the last 3 days and I love it! It’s helps my cramps a lot and I just absolutely love that I can walk around the house and do my daily activities while wearing it. Great buy!Old review:I ordered this yesterday, glad to see it had one day shipping because it is my time of the month and I always have bad cramps.. was excited to see that it got here so early this morning, only to find out that the box this came in was already opened. I took everything out, plugged it in and it is completely unresponsive. There is no light showing that it’s charging. Also seen there are scratches where the charger connects, so another clue I was sent a used one. Very disappointed, I was looking forward to having a better day working without bad cramps.

UPDATE:I had to change my review to one star. I loved this thing. So much. But today, I felt my cramps coming, put it on, and after 5 minutes I smelt a burning smell. A metal piece was burning THROUGH THE DEVICE! I got burned through my clothes. I can’t use the device now because there’s an exposed piece of metal through the fabric area they can really hurt someone.I get severe cramps every month, I usually use some sort of heating pad that I heat up in the microwave that only lasts 15 minutes I was excited when I found this product.This thing gets HOT. I mean, rarely use the 3rd setting hot. Like cannot touch my bare skin hot. It’ll last about an hour, nonstop heat (no massage setting) which is great. It also heats up immediately. No waiting at all. The massage settings don’t really do anything for me, but the heat is what I bought it for. It’s comfortable to wear and easy to adjust. The buttons are very sensitive so I have to frequently check as the levels change a lot on me. Great product.

Update: A year later, it stopped working, doesn't charge. When I try to charge it, all it does is vibrate. I barely even used the heating pad. What a disappointment. And just when I need it.Got delivered a day and just in time to test since my cramps were on 1000. I chose this one b/c the others had auto shut off after 10mins and had only 2 heat settings. I needed a heating pad that lasted as long as I needed. This pad did me justice. The heat was great even on the 1st setting and the massage is also great. This will do wonders to wear at work but won't be using the massage since it's a bit loud. Hopefully it lasts a long time. The only thing I did wish was that it came in the Rose Gold color they showed it one of the pics.

So, I just got this today and ended up returning the product. It is sooooo loud and the buttons are so hard to press. It says on the instructions that it is “touch” based but it was very difficult to use. There was nothing “touch” about it ... as the buttons are really not elevated or raised.I couldn’t figure out how to switch “off” the vibrating feature which was making all the noise. I wish there was a way to do that but I don’t think you can. That was the biggest annoying part of using this product. The loud vibrating noise.It is comfortable to wear and I like the strap design and comfort however the operating this device is really impossible and vibrating noise is really loud.Heating setting # 3 which they recommend for cramps in their instruction book is really hot and my skin got red after 30 seconds of use and I thought it was gonna burn so I went down but then I could hardly feel the heat.Also it did not relieve any cramps for me which was a big reason why I purchased this product. Overall, one star product.

So I got this because I have endometriosis, and that comes with a lot pain. Only heating pads work for it. This product works great. Though the biggest reason I gave it three stars are as follows.1. The battery. It only lasts two hours and recharging it takes about three and a half. Not okay in my book.2. It is hard to turn off and on. I had such a hard time getting it to turn off and on. And on top of that the vibration kept turning on when I didn’t touch anything.All in all great product just needs some kinks worked out. I am returning it because these kinks are not worth the price tag and inconvenience in my opinion.

I bought this to easy menstrual cramps and back pain. This works great. I researched all other products on Amazon and decided to get this one. This pad is slim, so it doesn't build up much bulkiness. I wish the heating feature or the battery would last longer (only around 3 hours after full charge) though. I would still choose this product over others. After using this daily for sometimes, it actually stopped turning on the heat. The touch area didn't respond to my finger, but vibration feature was fine. I contacted the seller right away and they immediately replaced the product without a hassle. I worried about getting contact with people during COVID19 to return and get another package, but the seller took care of that worrisome by replacing the new one. I'm grateful because I really like this product.

This thing is amazing. I am really pleased with the looks of it and the functionality. Easy to use and very thin and discreet under my shirt which allows me to work instead of laying in bed dying of cramps with a corded heating pad stuck to the wall. So far I only use the lowest setting. I can't believe how hot this little thing gets. I didn't think I would need or ever use the vibration but it actually kind of feels nice. Never thought to put vibration on cramps. Its a little loud but it's not as loud as some people described. I've heard louder lol. Anyway, I've charged it up and used it three times already and it lasts a really long time!For the price of this adorable, fashionable looking thin little device I am super happy.

Aunque tuve problemas tras el primer uso, ahora creo que fue debido a que yo pulsaba de forma inadecuada los botones.Ahora ya me funciona de maravilla siempre, y me sirve de alivio para dolores en varias zonas de la espalda y del abdomen.En vista de ello, le doy 5 estrellas.

Leider sind die Touch Knöpfe so leichtgängig, dass die Wärme und Vibrationsregelung immer wieder ungewollt verstellt wird, wenn man sitzt. Dies ist sehr unangenehm, gerade wenn man den Gürtel unter der Kleidung z. B. bei der Arbeit tragen möchte. Die Vibrationen sind so laut, dass das schon unangenehm auffallen kann. Ich weiß nicht, was sich die Produktdesigner dabei gedacht haben. Wahrscheinlich nicht viel, wenn man sich die Positionierung des Wärmepads auf dem Bild anschaut. Die Bedienungsanleitung wirkt auch schlecht übersetzt und ist nicht hilfreich. Die Wärme und Vibrationsleistung ist an sich in Ordnung, die Fixierung des Heizgürtels ist aber schwierig.

The box it comes in is a bit weird but the product is brilliant I suffer with arthritis and get terrible back pain so to have heat on the go is just fab and it gets hot - which is what you need.The vibrate setting is ok but really loud! You wouldn't want to use it in public! 🤣I'm definitely going to get a lot of use out of this as I will be able to take it to work.Charges quickly and easily - read the instructions carefully!10/10 definitely reccomend this product
