Fiber One Cereal, Original Bran was the answer I was seeking. I track my food on Cronometer and use that data to let me know what micronutrients and macronutrients are lacking. I could not get my fiber to the recommended level even though I eat vegetables and fruits each day.I went looking for an easy solution that would also be calorie friendly. Eating just 40grams of Fiber One cereal gives me 86% of my daily fiber needs.I prefer to eat it dry and enjoy the crunch factor. I like eating a few pieces at a time during the time when I have a break. The bonus is it takes a long time to eat this cereal a couple pieces at a time, so for me it also solves my late-night snacking.

Ordered a few boxes of this Fiber One cereal to go along with the 5 boxes of the Fiber One Honey Clusters I ordered. I mix both of these together with two other high fiber cereals every morning. It's impossible to beat the fiber content of this cereal with any other. The taste isn't bad, but it's much better when mixing multiple cereals together. It's low in sugar and a quality cereal that I've been eating for years. I'm glad Amazon had the Honey Clusters I bought with this because they've disappeared from all store shelves. As long as Amazon carries it, I'll definitely be buying more.

They are great. I just can't find this size at the store on a consistent basis. So I purchase these pretty routinely on Amazon. And cheaper per ounce then the store as well.

Excellent cereal. Very high fiber, low sodium, 1 gram of fat, 1 gram of sugar and 3 grams of protein. Very healthy and delicious! Competitively priced on Amazon.

best for high fiber of all the cereals. tastes great plain or with fruit, nuts, etc. can't beat the price! I have purchased several times and will continue to do so.

Surprisingly tasty and a great way to get more fiber in your diet. The only reason I didn’t give these five stars is that every time I’ve ordered them, they get really beaten up in shipping.
