Bakeware 12 Cup Muffin Pan

I was baking carrot cake cupcakes, and had just put the first pan in the oven, when I realized I only had ONE of these wonderful pans. Bugger!!I immediately ordered another. These pans are heavy duty; they heat evenly, and do a marvelous job with cupcakes or muffins. I already own their sheet pans - which have also been a sound investment. They're not that expensive, and well worth the investment. You'll be glad to have them!

I bought my pan in 2015, and it still looks brand new and works great. I made blueberry muffins this morning. They slid right out of my Circulon with ease while the muffins in the other brand stuck and fell apart while attempting to remove with a butter knife. I treated each pan the same, and while the other pan is a popular brand, I'll either replace it with another Circulon or resort to using liners in the future.

After having a set of pots and pans by Circulon and appreciating their being absolutely non-stick, I wanted to try their baking set, starting from this muffin pan. As expected, it is great! Muffins do not stick to the pan, and there is no need to grease it. I even tried to bake chocolate lava cakes and they turned out to be just perfect! This was my final test, because if they sticked it would have been a mess; instead, they popped out of the pan so easily I couldn't believe it was true. Also, cleaning is a breeze, so I hand-wash the pan with warm water, and dry soon after washing with a paper towel.

After purchasing a couple Circulon pieces I have gradually replaced every piece of bakeware I have with it. It is heavy in a good way, very well made, completely non stick and should last forever. I even like the circular marks on the bottom of cookies and such. Should last a lifetime. I do handwash with hot water and dry thoroughly before putting away. I read that soap can make things stick more over time. It is so non stick hot water works fine. I thought maybe the small grooves would be hard to clean at first but they are not a problem and lend to the non stick and perfect crusts on muffins, cookies, cakes, chicken breasts, sweet potato fries - everything I make with them. They are just the right color as well. Too dark bakeware burns and too light like aluminum or stainless doesn't make for a good crisp crust. Seriously the perfect bakeware across the board.

I love it. It is easy to take your cupcakes out & muffins out of it without sticking. I use my pan a lot. It is worth it. It is easy to clean also. It is a nice sturdy pan too. I told my husband that I want the rest of the baking set for Christmas.

Quite disappointing upon their arrival to find out that they were not made in the USA, there was no mention in any of the "ADS" of the "Facts" that they are now made in China. We spent hours in our Amazon.com search to avoid purchasing anything made in China. So if you feel the same letAmazon know how you feel about Companies that take their production to PRC.

I ordered this muffin pan almost a year ago now and it still looks brand new. I don't usually write reviews but I literally cook everything (cakes, meatloaf, etc) in this muffin tin and everything always wipes right out. I always spray the pan first, but seriously nothing sticks to this pan. Actually online now to see what other product they have as I'm doing some kitchen upgrades. If you need a muffin pan buy this one, seriously. I've never had a pan that was so easy to clean.
