These are much wider bands than many on the market. They are also thicker and stronger.I am a paraplegic and need to do a number of exercises in bed. I tie bands on the headboard and tailboard to exercise, so I had to buy two boxes, so the resistance is the same for both arms.

A good-quality set of clearly coloured resistance bands of different elasticity suitable for 'assistive physiotherapy' e.g. helping to lift a weakened leg.You do need to know how to best use them - ideally get professional advice as like any other exercise aid can cause problems if used inappropriately. Not sure there would be any reason to spend more than this basic set costs.

For the same money, you could buy a chest/leg expander.

Exactly what I was looking for - three different resistance levels that I can use for strength training as I recover from a shoulder injury. The carrying case was pretty low quality but it didn't matter as the bands are great. They've lasted over a year of daily use. I'll continue to use the them even after the injury fully heals - they're great to travel with.
