Ingram's Cooking Ingredients and her other similar books are a great joy! The clear, detailed, and voluminous illustrations make it fun to browse, even for experienced cooks, and it makes a great gift--everyone loves food and loves to eat, and we can all learn more about the plants & animals we use as food, no matter which kinds of cuisines or recipes we prefer. I've used this as a gift several times & thoroughly enjoy browsing it myself. A great buy!

Lo compré por recomendación pero no me esperaba la variedad de ingredientes que me iba a encontrar dentro. Es un maravilloso recopilatorio de productos de todas partes del mundo, con estupendas fotos y buenas explicaciones. Muy útil como libro de consulta culinaria. Este libro es todo un descubrimiento para mi.
