Absolutely love my PRO-SYS toothbrush for sensitive gums. It was recommended by my dentist who now sells it in their office. No matter how hard you brush, the bristles will not cause damage to your gums due to how soft the bristles are. Only down side is the toothbrush comes with a charger that does not come with the wall plug in. It has a charger, but it’s a two component charger that connects to a square wall component like that of the iPhone. So if you do not have an iPhone, you will need to purchase the square wall plug in separately.Update:It’s been one year since I bought this teeth brush and I am sad to that it has stopped holding a charge

it only lasts for one brushing and it easily turns off and have to be very careful not touching button close by. although like brush it’s soft for my gums!

I suffer from extreme sensitivity that has always prevented me from being able to use an electric toothbrush. This device is amazing. Variable speeds and different brush heads with varying softness have made it perfect for my issues! At the 6 month mark the device quit charging unfortunately but I contacted ProSys directly and they overnighted a replacement product which was above and beyond for customer service. I highly recommend this device especially if suffering from sensitivity.

This toothbrush although very soft and comfortable, I was very disappointed after the first week the battery only lasted for one brush , and it only last the entire brush cycle on the lowest setting, sometimes. I am so frustrated with it that after having it for a year now, I am looking for a replacement.

This is a great toothbrush with the softest bristles for people who have brushed too hard and caused their gums to recede. Their customer service is top notch too! Replaced my toothbrush super fast when it started turning off before the whole cycle was complete. Replacement Brush heads are a great price too!

I purchased 2 orders one for my husband and myself. I received it in Nov 2022 and mines no longer works. Not sure what happens but it won’t charge and will not turn on. Wish it last longer.

I've head of so many electrical toothbrushes but I can't believe I haven't heard of this amazing toothbrush! I've been using this toothbrush for about 2 months now and I love it. It came with the gentler "feather soft" toothbrush head for sensitive teeth/gums which I've been using. I have sensitive and receding gums so getting a toothbrush that can helps me to brush well without over-brushing was important. There's a 30 sec timer that pauses for a second to help you time 30 seconds, and shuts off after 4 30-sec intervals. If I want to brush a little more, i can turn it back on and the 4 30-sec intervals will restart. There are 5 levels of vibration/speed settings. It also came with a "normal soft" and a "ultra soft" bristle heads too. I think the different bristles they sell allow for stronger brushing, if that's what you need. Also, the bristle heads are all very slim so it's super easy when brushing your teeth. Basically, I have no complaints. Go and buy this! :)

Purchased two Pro-sys toothbrushes for me and my husband in july, 2022. I held off reviewing until I've had a chance see how well this toothbrush holds up. My husband's unit failed within 10 months of purchase. Charging it did not help. It would not turn on at all. It simply failed. He will have to contact the manufacturer since it should be under warranty. My unit is still working and in comparison I do like this vibrating head more than my Oral B rotating head. I brush two times/day and it has consistently held the charge for 20 days at full charge.
