Bought as a last ditch attempt to get some relief from a bout of sciatica that even the strongest anti inflammatories available were not touching. I was skeptical as to whether this would actually do anything, but I am absolutely amazed. Whilst I know it's never going to cure the sciatica itself (only surgery will do that), it has made a huge difference to the pain levels I was experiencing and has been a massive help in relaxing the muscles surrounding the affected area which had locked into a spasm. If I was was on a pain scale of 8 out of before, I'm now down to 3 out of ten and I can walk (slowly) without being bent double! It's a small, discreet device, easy to hide under clothes, easy to use and certainly packs a punch. Lots of "treatment" options to try out and wide range of power options. Came fully charged and have been using it pretty constantly for 3 days now and it's still showing as fully charged! For £30, this is possibly the best piece of electronic equipment I've ever bought!

I've been having problems with my right knee for years ... I know I have arthritis, plus I tore my meniscus, and suspect have torn it again, as have been in considerable pain since November. Post lock down I visited an osteopath who used this amazing machine to jumble my pain signals to the brain, and relieved me of pain for about 3 weeks (along with the rest of his treatment). I asked him if it was a tens machine, and he said it was about £2k more than a tens machine, but did mention you can get a machine for under £30, and they are good. So started my mission ... straight to Prime, great reviews, delivery next day. It's a great tiny little machine, and I attached the probes just as the osteopath did, relax and watch TV for 30 mins, and it relieves the pain, helps me sleep, and I feel like I can give the osteopath a miss now whilst I wait to see the consultant. I love it ... it's small, but packs a punch! It's fairly intuitive, but if I had to criticise it would just be to come with better instructions ... but am working it out as I use it, and google is great!

I suffer from endometriosis and have done for over 20 years. I got so fed up of having to take truck loads of tablets every day that I decided to try a tens machine. My expectations have not disappointed. I have only had it for 3 days and I have been able to cut my medication intake by half. It is also great for back pain caused by daily wear and tear. I took it to work yesterday and one of my colleagues was so impressed by my lack of being doubled over in pain that she purchased the same one for her partner.The machine itself is easy to use, there are lots of different modes, it's just a case of finding the one that will help you with your pain. The only down side is that it doesn't have a belt clip, but I can put it in my pocket as it's so compact. My favourite setting is the acupuncture mode as my pain is mainly stabbing that goes through to my back. The pads are great, 4 different sizes that stick really well. I would highly recommend this product to anyone else who suffers from feminine pains.

I have chronic pain and had a TENS machine years ago that did nothing. But in a major flare up, I decided to purchase one again and try. They have come a long way! Its compact. So easy to carry. It is very easy to use from the start. Lots if different modes and levels. Pads are great, very sticky and easy to use. I have to say, it has eased my pain. It is also very relaxing. So is nice to wear for a half hour in the evening after a busy day on my shoulders and relax. Highly recommend this product. Wish it came with a little pouch to keep it in, but that's no hard ship. Will purchase one.

My wife brought me this item ,at first i was sceptical ,i suffer from an array of arthritis spots and daily take pain killers for relief .After one day of use the difference is unbelievable...i can move my treated joints with little effort and no pain ...for me this machine is a God send as they say ,today i feel normalish for once and have avoided even taking pain killers,Its a compact ,easy to use item wich comes with numerous pads and four attachment points for numerous aching spots on your body, And for the price ..well worth it and would recommend to anyn one with similar problems .

I found this machine really helpful, and it has relived my pain from sciatica. Also, my doctor advised me to go for it, as it would relieve the pain in less time. And I am happy with the results from this machine.
