These are ok to swallow, no flavor at all. Seems like they are working. Like CalciumCitrate with Magnesium as it absorbs better in my body.

Take these every night before bed for muscle cramps/restless leg syndrome, and insomnia. They seem to do the trick!

This has to be some kind of joke! You are only getting 18% daily value for calcium and 57% for magnesium. You need 3 pills to get that. For over $16! GTFO! Returning!

You have to take a few more of these for a full dosage, but the inconvenience is small when you consider that other brands are of lesser quality. I haven't become sick with an upset stomach with these because they're hypoallergenic. Also, having discovered that the lack of magnesium was causing serious vertigo for several years for me (a TERRIBLE, crippling situation), I now take these supplements religiously.
