I can fit this in a 4Runner 2004 ?

Yes but you must change the headlight trim piece below the headlamp from a 2006-2009 model. You also need headlight wiring converters. It’s all plug and play.

What are the connector part numbers? mainly the drl connector number.

headlight plug connects to factory harness, the jumper harness toyota factory headlight uses is not needed i believe

Is there anyway to make this work with a 2003 model? If so why not make one that does??

You can get it to work, but you have to modify your wiring harness a bit and also get a new trim filler piece for below the headlights. I did that and it wasn’t too bad
