Omelas Women Long Floor Length High Waist Skirt Maxi Bridesmaid Party Dress

Perfect for our mommy+me shoot. Very good quality. Not sheer at all- I actually got hot in 78 degree weather with a breeze. I ordered a small and it fit just right for a high waisted skirt. Definitely not the type of skirt to wear on you hips/lower midsection. If so, I’d size up. Beautiful skirt! Definitely elegant enough for bridesmaids apparel or just a formal event.

Edit to say: I ended up paying someone to trim the bottom and hem it again since there was almost a 3” length difference in some spots.The blush color is beautiful and it seems to be very well made. It is very long as expected, I’m 5’ 3” and it’s still brushing the floor when I wear heels. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the bottom is somewhat uneven although it doesn’t show up very clearly when I’m wearing it. The lining is nice and thick and not see through so I don’t have to wear another slip underneath. There’s a very good chance I’ll order this in other colors in the future. I usually wear a 14/16 in bottoms and ordered the XL, it’s fairly tight but the back of the waistband does have elastic.

I'm 5'6 with a 27" waist. Ordered small. Wearing high waisted and heels it the perfect length and doesn't drag on the floor. Tried the Honey QIAO brand too. It was more expensive, the waist was too big and it was way to long. Go with Omelas!

I initially bought this skirt for a photo shoot with my husband but ended up not wearing it for that. However, that was only because we shifted the color scheme. I wanted to wear this so bad because it looked GORGEOUS on! I feel like a dang princess! I have worn it a couple times since then and absolutely love it! It is a hair tight, but the waistline has elastic in the back so it fits great and I plan to keep it. It has an underskirt to help it be less shear, it still is slightly but very very slightly. Not enough to bug me at all. I've paired this with both a lacy crop top like the model picture and a loose shirt, they both look great. This does go to the natural waist on me, which is where I wanted it to hit. I am 5 foot 5, 140 lbs with my natural waist measuring 28-29" and bought a Medium. It goes to the floor and is long enough to cover my high heels well. I probably won't wear this with flats because it is so long. Overall I LOVE this skirt!

Edit: Omela’s customer service is among the best on amazon! They responded to my e-mails within a few hours more than willing to help me fix the issue and receive a replacement skirt on time for my event. Once I receive the next skirt I hope to update my rating to a 5!The skirt is cut uneven. One side is raised off the ground and the other is trailing. Aside from this the bottom where it is hemed has a huge rip in it.

I received this skirt quickly, it's very good quality. Lots of material, thick- not see through at all. I'm 5'3" 125 lbs. It can be worn directly under the bust for an empire dress look, or around the waist for a more casual look. I included 3 pictures to show that it looks like slightly different shades in different lighting. The first is inside, then outside shade, then direct sunlight. In darker lighting it looks more pink, in direct sunlight it looks more nude.

I ordered several dresses and skirts trying to find the perfect one for beach photos-THIS IS IT! I am 5’3” and 130 lbs and the medium fit perfect. I also ordered (and returned) this in a large. The length is perfect and the waist is perfect. I ordered three other brands trying to find a true pink that didn’t look like it had a lavender tone and this one is a true blush pink. I am so happy with this skirt. It is beautiful and looks high quality.

Ordered for family photos. Beautiful. I got so many compliments, everyone was shocked how inexpensive it was. It did snag easy, but we were in a cactus garden so idk if I can fault the skirt for that!
