Outer rubber case falling a part after 3 .5 years
The case has protected my phone flawlessly for 3 1/2 years but during the last 2 months the rim of the outer rubber case is falling a part where the case wraps at the edge of the phone screen.It has now lost enough material it will no longer stay snug on one of the corners and must be replaced. It asking a lot but does anyone build products that last?

Holding up very well
My husband is hard on phones so I gave him my old one and so far so good for quite some time now. We got this case, screen protector, etc and I had my doubts but surprisingly all he's done so far is forget it at work repeatedly. He doesn't like having it in his pocket on equipment.

After 3 years of heavy use, I can only recommend this case for S20 Ultras!
I purchased this 3 years ago for my new phone, as I work in conditions where my phone may often be dropped and handled roughly! And through the entire time my phone has not sustained a single scratch or crack with this case. The case itself provides extra grip, and was also easy to take on and off without being incredibly loose on the phone!And as you can see with my photo, after those 3 years I certainly ran the outer casing ragged before replacing it. But even then, the inner solid casing kept my phone from any damage that would have occurred before I had the outer rubber layer replaced!While the case itself does add bulkiness to the overall size, i believe it is just a must have to keep you phone safe, especially if you're already investing into a higher end model phone!
