The quality is great, the scraper has a good shape to it with various holes and curves to get to whatever tissue on your body that you need to release. I've been using it for a while now and it comes in handy for tissue release.

Summary: So worth it! This is my go-to device and is more effective on my legs than my Hypervolt Plus and Hypervolt Foam Roller. I wish I bought this thing first, I wouldn't have needed anything else for the legs.It is genuinely astounding how well this performs seeing as how it is merely a hunk of metal with some gentle curves.I am still trying to come to grips with how this rod is better than several electronic devices that cost hundreds of dollars.**You can stick your fingers in the holes but that isn't how you will use it. You grab it like a rolling pin or a draw knife and push or pull with the flat side up, curved side toward the muscle.

I love the weight and size of this large tool. It is great for my neck and easy to do solo. The handles are less rounded and are great for getting into elbows and relieving pain in hard to reach areas.

I received the item in a timely manner, it very sturdy, and has some weight to it. It’s great for massaging out those hard to reach places, I use it for my abdomen, upper, mid, and lower back, I also use for legs. I have a different one for my face, neck, shoulders, collarbone, and chest.
