Disappointed
I bought this trimmer for my husband. He was so excited and couldnt wait for it to come in. It finally got here and he charged up the batteries. The next day he went to use it and said it just wasnt getting the job done. He was so upset about it and had to switch back to his old pair.

I really wanted to give this 5 stars. My fiance was so excited about this so I ordered it from you. It doesn't work anymore and he's only used it twice the backup battery never work. So now that I'm trying to contact the seller I can't even find him to see what we can do about the battery and it not working

Poorly packaged
Packaging is horrible. Comes disassembled with all parts, trimmer, screws and blade floating freely together in one bag. I had to build it myself which was nearly impossible, but somehow figured it out.The finished product is smooth and works great so far.

Pros and cons
The battery changer is not made very sturdy the flip out prongs does not catch and lock, so when trying to put it in the wall it keeps folding back up. Also the connectors that the batter attaches to in order to charge is off so I had to place the batter in on a slant. The trimmers it self seem to be made pretty well but charger not working properly is an issue. After contacting the seller they agreed to send a new charger with no issue. I cam say the customer service is great and was willing to fix the problem right away.
