Just recently started taking these vitamins. First want to say that upon receiving the vitamins, I was impressed with the packaging and labeling. The label gives alot of information and tells you what exactly is in the vitamins and dosages. The capsules are very easy to swallow, and go right down. I don't even drink anything when I swallow them. I have taken vitamins in the past just to stay healthy and ensure I am keeping my body maintained; however, with these vitamins, I have actually felt more balanced each day I take them. They also have given me a boost of energy which I have been lacking. As I am getting older, this lack of energy is getting more and more noticeable. I work out on a daily basis, and I have actually noticed that I am feeling a little more motivated and having more energy when I work out. Especially when I am doing those long cardio sessions. So far so good with these vitamins. Highly recommend for that feeling of balance and extra energy boost.

This product is great overall. While it doesn't provide as many supplements as some other brands it does provide the necessary supplements in a small dose that benefits my son's health. We purchased these for my 21 year old son who still lives at home an commutes to school everyday. His workload is increasing significantly this year and his overall health declined the last two years while he was out of state at a different school. After moving back home and many conversations with his doctor and our family nutritionist and personal trainers we realized adding in a multivitamin was essential to his overall heath. We are thrilled that these vitamins are providing his much needed supplements and helping him stay strong and active through long days at college and weekly labs and extra curricular activities with regards to his music.

This is a good product for helping keep you active. It improves your energy level. The only thing I don’t care for is that fact that you have to take 2 pills for a serving, wish it was just 1 like most others vitamins I take. Also it has a little bit of a weird taste

This is a great multivitamin. It is well-packaged and it arrived quickly. This supplement really covers the gamut of what I need and I love that it's made in the USA. Sometimes I have trouble with large capsules being hard to swallow, but these are just perfect. No trouble at all! I really do notice a difference in my energy levels when I take this. If I forget a day, I notice. Overall great product and the price is right. I will continue to use this product for a long time!

Unsure of any health benefits in short time usage, didn't see any adverse affects.

This product is something all men should consider taking because it addresses issues as prostate that is very important. I actually bought them for my husband because of the fact That they are a mix of great varied multi vitamins and antioxidant for active men, same he is very active. It’s made in the USA and includes natural ingredients that support energy, heart health, things I'm concerned with. He also commented that the capsules are easy to swallow and only require 2 daily... Anything to make it easier to keep him healthy. I look forward to further results.

Great multivitamin. Note that the ingredients in here (zinc, vitamin c, magnesium, b complex) are just as vital for women, so pay no attention to the male specific branding. Saves me the time of needing to take 5 other supplements to get all of the necessary vitamins and minerals. I recommend! I especially recommend for my male friends and partner. It's hard enough to get them to take one pill lol. I def can't get them to take all of their supplements so having a complex and all in one solution is GREAT ha

Men’s Multivitamin is a great bang for the buck. Great price for such a high quality product. I did notice an increase in stamina and at 50, that is alway a huge plus!
