I have to drink protein drinks every day and most of them taste nasty. I found these awhile back and they were really good tasting. No sugar, low calories but had the protein I needed. finally a product that does't jack my stomach, tastes great and has not sugar. Only grievance is the 9 gms of fat per bottle. Pretty good customer service though.

I add a little 7-Up to it which makes it lighter and not so creamy.

Its really difficult to find a good Pre-mixed shake in Canada I would say this one is the best by far, my only issue is the Sunflower Oil I try not to consume seed oils because they're apparently not good for us so if they could find a way to substitute for coconut oil that would make this shake a lot healthier.
