165”collar has a standard sleeve length of 35” SLEEVE LENGTH Measure a shirt that fits you well as follows: Start the tape from the middle of the back of the collar, going over the shoulder and along your arm up until you’ve passed your wrist. These measurements are for standard fit.

Standard length sleeve for a 20" collar is 98.0 cm/38.6 inches . This is measured from the center back neck over the shoulder to the cuff finish as worn.

hi what size would I need for a small and what type of shirt will I need for cufflinks?

Hi Thank you for your contact. For this we would need to know your chest size, Small is collar size 14.5"/15". For cufflinks only you need double cuff. Our single cuff shirts are dual purpose and can be used with button and button hole or cufflink. I hope this information helps.
