This is good. It does as it says which is a miracle because most weigh loss products do absolutely nothing. I wish it was less expensive. You get what you pay for.

The flavor is terrible

Now, I have been using for just short of a month. I have had a good night sleep every night. One night I forgot to take it but I slept like a baby. I say that to state it is not a sleep aid. It's working wonders in my body, I wake up fully rested. I am 59 yrs and I can see my muscles mass improving. I recommend this product. I can't wait to see the improvement in 3-4 months

I've spent hundreds of thousands on products over the past 15 years on Amazon. This is my very first time leaving a review. I bought this product and I immediately noticed a boost in energy and my stomach began to shrink in the first 3 days.On day 4 is where the major issues started, I began to suffer from severe stomach pain, I thought my appendix was about to burst. At the same time I was using a stomach cream, so I thought maybe that was the issue, but I completely stopped using the cream and it seemed like during the day I was doing good and then as soon as I did the required 2-4 sprays at night, I was tossing and turning in severe pain.I took this product for maybe two more days after the initial pain began, but I had to stop and send this back. In closing, I will say this product does work for energy and weight loss, but at what cost. I hope I don't have organ damage.

I love this spray it's not the tastiest but helps with bloating. I have noticed my tummy slimming down slightly as well so we shall see
