Flimsy but convenient.
A little on the flimsy side. Need to keep watching that it doesn’t collapse and keep even distribution. Being that it is collapsible, it makes for very easy storage.

Seriously, I can't understand why anyone would make a small amount of pasta when it takes pretty much the same time to make 4 batches.This tack makes drying a snap & it doesn't take up too much space.It cleans and folds easilyThe perfect choice.
